Audiense brings data to life.

What do you like best about the product?
The graphical interface provides an intuitive insight which brings audience segments to life and engages not technical marketing team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's valuable to generate some form of limited report with a few useful relevant insights to entice clients to buy. Limiting free reports to one report per month limits the number of relevant insights that can be generated and hence the number of clients which can be approached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data and analysis is often hard to describe to non-technical clients and marketeers. The interactive and intuitive UX of Audiense helps to bring the data to life and makes it easier to show the benefits of accessing rich audience data.

What do you like best about the product?
Audience Insights is a great tool for being able to understand who makes up your audiences. By being able to understand your audiences you can cater the information you post to them. This is vital in advertising because you want to be more targeted by the people following or watching you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is an entry level pricing it is pretty limited. If you are not interested in the entry level pricing the tool is pretty expensive. This is a substantial draw back since the return from this investment may not always be evident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audience Insights has allowed me to target my materials to my audience in a very effective and seamless way. If you are willing to invest in your product I believe Audience insights would be a useful tool to enable you to target your audience more efficiently.

Easy to use (integrations with major SM platforms), Great insights and analytics, daily reports
What do you dislike about the product?
the free tier is a bit limited (fewer options and customizations)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and growing our SM audiences/influences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a clean insightful dashboard/analytics for your SM this is the one.

What do you like best about the product?
It's GUI is amazing and very user friendly. I like its features and the way it shows in an organized way

Its a media research consulting company but i want them to be as wide spread as any other company

To build audience and make advertisements that promotes my company work

Audience insights is not very user friendly, it takes a while to get used to.

Personality profiling, personas, interface design
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports could be more flexible, but it's a huge amount of data so understandable they prioritise canned reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evidence-based design, marketing, prioritisation. Every project and campaign we do starts with Audiense; it provides an exceptional baseline we can build on.

I would like the ability to download the bios and links to audiences in my Excel downloads.

Amazing insights for your online audiences

What do you like best about the product?
Audiense gives us a very visual report to show our clients and prospects. It is the reporting that we are finding that wows our prospects into clients. The personality traits are also very good and enable us to advise creative agencies on the tone of voice, CTA's and imagery that could resonate with any target audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is much more in the application than comes out in the default reports, so we have to manually take application screenshots and copy them into Powerpoint. Also, it would be great if the default PPT reports were able to be exporting the 16:9 foramt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Audiense to help our clients discover their own and competitor audiences. This is then allowing them to target the audiences identified or target look a like audiences that may come up from the segment identification. Also encouraging our clients to use the influencer informaion that would them all them to commence an influencer marketing programme.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for analytics and easy software to use. It makes it easy for me to connect with others . It also helps target he correct audience unlike other softwares. Best software to connect with other agencies as well! For example, for Sag Afta I was able to connect with other studios and networks for my client. It helps me discover other agencies .
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about this software. It can sometime run slow but this is such a great software to use . Sometimes using influencer strategies to slight with local culture was not very useful .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with other clients and target the right audience. It provides me better results of who I’m connecting with and this is very important for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when tracking theatrical analytics numbers.
Their tracking is always on point for our theatrical releases. Pulling the data is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process could be simpler and less convoluted. Interns sometimes have problems logging in to pull information for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are tremendous. The business problem we are solving with Affinio is tracking our surveys for theatrical releases
