What do you like best about the product?
Matching the personality traits from IBM Watson to actual individual star signs was really interesting. My content and engagement has dramatically increased!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could compare more then 2 baselines at one time however I’ve been told this is coming soon!!

What do you like best about the product?
As Audiense segment by connectivity it allows us to isolate audiences with a reasonably high degree of like mindedness. This is perfect for advising our clients on personalised content. Reports typically take around an hour to generate so perfect for a last minute pitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whats there to dislike?? I am continually learning new ways to maximise this tool. Perhaps ask for a demo from the team to ensure you see everything early doors!!

Quicker access to interesting insights for client presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been so impressed by this platform and the insights available (in lightening speed). I've been exposed to many platforms in the industry but I found the insights to be truly unique and helpful. This deeper understanding of audiences is an absolute delight for create engaging content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to discover something I don't like about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is difficult to understand niche or emerging audiences, I feel like the insights available on this platform have helped me to understand audiences in new ways and shaped how I produce content. The data is quantified and qualified in a user friendly way so that we don't have to work too hard to dig out compelling insights.

Excellent tool to analyze social networks

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy solution to monitor Twitter profiles, it is very effective and provides information on the influence of others, it also offers intuitively solid results, the ability to segment audiences is extremely powerful, it is also very useful to have several social links next to each influencer, the Dashboard is also excellent and useful, it is also one of the most efficient search tools, it is a very powerful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until today I have not had any problems with this platform, it seems to me that it provides an excellent service, I hope it continues to grow even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a powerful tool to report data on the creation of content, also offer a great product adapted to the needs of its users, we have obtained many benefits with this tool, it also helps us increase the quality of the content, it is much better than any other social media tool, it also allows us to analyze a Twitter account, also the ability to perform analysis is very productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you use Audiense, with this powerful software you can grow your social network accounts in a very effective way, you can also reach the most suitable users, it works very well I can guarantee it.

Actionable Insights in an actionable format

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of stuff actually.

For starters the Segmentation available up front is very insightful, especially combined with social listening.

I also am a big fan of the personality insights available on the tool. its a great conversation starter

lastly, buying mindset helps a lot in determining purchase influences
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform downloads a ppt as an image making it harder to customize. some of the metrics are cut out as well.

Searching for a keyword in a specific market within the tool is also a feature that is missed. However, our SL tool is now linked which helps overcome this problem.

If i was nitpicking, a 2-3 runtime. Although the report is well worth the wait. We usually plan around this for now but it would be great to get this quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is so much to learn about an audience, which typically took weeks of analysis. Even then you still don't get the same output as with Audiense. The tool is really good for content creation, personalization and tone.

These reports always get the marketing team to notice :)

What do you like best about the product?
The methodology is by far the best to develop segments, utilising Machine Learning to the best of its abilities to generate genuine audience insight that helps our global clients to truly understand who and what their consumers and adjacent consumers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really a downslide, we just want more functionality using similar methodology and for the service to continue to grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer behaviour, Category analysis, Driver development, Audience segmentation - all of these have benefitted with better insights than any tool I know of - and I have have used them all
