Future State of Influencer Marketing: Profiling the Followers
What do you like best about the product?
The level of depth in the Audiense reporting rivals that of a "media kit" against an influencers following.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more screenshots of follower activity related to the infographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits include giving our clients a detailed view of the consumer audience that can be reached, thus removing the guess work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not utilizing a tool like Audiense to get an advance profile of an influencer's following, then you're a generation behind the new industry standard.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson personality integration is brilliant. Also being able to find a cluster of audiences based on following f accounts or locations/demographic is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI in audiense connect & loading time and being limited to 50K results

Personality insights for better understanding and tonality of our marketing messages.

Think and try to understand how this can be integrated with your social listening platform. You must think as Audiense as a companion/partner tool to the solutions that you have already
A great tool to explore new audiences for your brand/project.
What do you like best about the product?
Audiense it's very helpful as a starting point to define your audiences for your brand or for individuals in a conversation about the topics you care about. The options to group in clusters the main characteristics of your audience help you to define the strategic route to explore in deep how they are, what's their behaviour and the kind of media they consume. The part that I like most it's about the personality insights powered by IBM Watson.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the possibility to add information from other sources instead Twitter or Social Listening Unique users. When I received a tour from the tool I discovered how the information is integrated in the platform and that's very important to have it clear as an end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audience profiling for several customer needs in the Digital Marketing Agency. Using twitter accounts or social media listening unique users about a topic is the best way to use it for the business intelligence and strategic planning team. This tool can be also used for the Influencer marketing team, with good insights about the infkuencers communities.

THE ENTIRE CONSUMER X-RAY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO UNDERSTAND IN A DEEPER WAY THE INTERESTS AND CONTENT CONSUME. THE BEST THING IS THE QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS THE PLATFORM CREATES ABOUT THE CONSUMER.
What do you dislike about the product?
AT FIRST I THOUGHT BEING ABLE TO USE ONLY A TWITTER HANDLE, BUT THE ACCURACY THROUGH IT AND THE COMPLEMENTARY KEYWORD USE MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THE DATA COMPARISON BETWEEN A FULL AUDIENCE AND AN SPECIFIC ONE IS AMAZING.

Place the most keywords you might need in your investigation. Be specific.

I like that I can compare several accounts and know how to improve my social media strategy.
Having an intuitive tool that helps us know where our audiences overlap is really helpful when it comes to choose where to post and how to interact with our followers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Given how I've been using this platform so far, I can't think of a feauture I needed but couldn't find. I have been able to compare audiences across accounts and follow/unfollow those I was interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to understand if my clients' audiences math their targets and identify potencial influencers within their communities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should start using the tool with smaller accounts and try to better understand all the insights you can get so that you can make the most out of it. Most times, stuff you think you'd love to know about your audience is available on the tool and you just need to invest a little bit of time to learn how to find that information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and the fact the tool works to deliver real value and information and not some generic dashboard full of numbers that are hard to connect to the business and extract actionable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it's not really clear how the tool gathers data, analyses into clusters and turn into information. It would be great if we had access to the process a little bit more with info tags embedded into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to have precise data about my audience's behavior and that's really useful to build effective communication strategy. Audiense does that in a very simples way, it's really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to audience intelligence and having a dedicated person that could help onboard me was key to me saving time. In addition the questions and strategy I was interested in pursuing was complex, yet Roisin, the product specialist always had a way for me to get the information I was after and also teach me tips and tricks to look deeper.
This software helped me identify the best influencers talking about a brand we are interested in partnering with, and identify the people talking about a conversation we care about.
I was pleased and I saved myself a ton of research time that would have been based on gut and assumptions. The data I now have is exactly what we needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sio far I love this platform and there isn't anything I dislike. Work with them and get the onboarding so you can pursue what you're after quicker. This is a powerful platform and time is of the essence with all jobs but especially ours. Ask for demo, and talk with the staff member about your use case for your business and situation. I'm confident he team will find a solution for you, and your business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) I'm looking for micro influencers and people who are driving conversation in sub-cultures i'm not in or know next to nothing about. I was able to get a better understanding of the cultures quickly and what they are interested in for that particular month.
2) I was charged with finding brands that would align with these sub-cultures, and to investigate which brands would be mission aligned I listened in on social conversations to find the ones folks lauded as great and mission oriented.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy to use solution to monitor customers' Twitter profiles. It is the best tool I have found to link your tweets to changes in your followers, it is a great tool to understand who makes up your audience. The interface is very easy to navigate and easy to receive analysis, and it can easily integrate with the buffer and schedule the post at the best time that suits my Twitter community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had a few more features in addition to the basic reports. Although there is an entry-level price, it is quite limited. Also, gathering information for reports can take a bit of time. However, what they give is very adequate because it is free for basic services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense can help organizations identify different subsets within that larger group, it has allowed me to direct my materials to my audience in a very effective and fluid way. The audience makes it very easy to find these people, filter out the wrong people, and reach the right ones. It has allowed me to direct my materials to my audience in a very efficient and fluid way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They are quite responsive to email, it is a good platform to start Twitter marketing with advanced reports and analysis. It is definitely worth a try for other companies.

The segmentation - I've yet to find another tool that does this so well.
Basically, once you set up an audience, Audiense will automatically create several segments based on their common affinities.
This is incredibly useful from a marketing point of view as it gives you the tools you need to create truly targeted and personalized marketing and advertising campaigns: on social media, your blog, your content, even in print/TV and other offline mediums...pretty much anywhere you want to run a campaign.
And in some cases, the segmentation can even help you new business opportunities that you might've otherwise missed.

Nothing comes to mind, really - the platform is really intuitive to use and the segmentation is incredibly powerful (as I mentioned earlier, I've yet to find another tool that does this, never mind this well!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In short, it's all about finding out who to target, how to target them, what platforms to use. The main problem it helps with is enhancing your marketing campaigns (and it helps with all types of marketing, from ads to content to social media and to influencer marketing).
I mostly use it for 3 big reasons: finding out how to enhance my marketing campaigns, for improving online advertising results (using the Audiense Targeting Pack which is a really cool feature for advertisers) and for discovering new business opportunities (based on each segments' audience).
Occasionally, I'll also use it for some competitive research :)
