What do you like best about the product?
it is very exact and detailed, the usability is simple and easy to use. I would like to use always it before making a decision. Its much more complete that other apps

The free use is too short and it takes so much time to give the information, I would like to compare the differences between one market to another because sometimes I don't know which company woulb match

A very specified, exact and detailed buyer persona according to the market i am looking to fit into, it gives me more information than i can imagine ever so it's very useful

What do you like best about the product?
ability to download lists of tiktok users, this helped us greatly with narrowing down and focusing our latest research piece.
What do you dislike about the product?
reliant on Twitter data, a platform that we dont use much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the platform to conduct research on new platforms such as tiktok, most recently we used this to form a report for the National Education Union

A great tool for getting to know your audience better. Taking data from platforms that you currently use and allowing you to use these learnings when rolling our new platforms, or when deciding appropriate messaging for upcoming campaigns.

Powerful segmentation tool with certain limitations

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dive deep into specific clusters and flexible benchmarks are among the best from different segmentation tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-built categories feel limited, and it's unclear how they are curated. The biggest gripe of all is the inability to write your own boolean strings directly in the tool. Instead, you need to rely on the click-and-play query making built in the platform (or subscribe to their partner social listening provider, Pulsar), making it difficult to look up something made up of common keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use case is audience segmentation for Twitter to understand better who is talking about a particular keyword or topic, and looking at not only their demographics but the handles/topics they're interested in.

Great Psychographic Data & Audience Segmentation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Psychographic Big 5 model is very useful, automatic audience segmentation too..
What do you dislike about the product?
Export functionality could be better. Would like to download one file with ALL data points such that graphics can be recreated external to tool... The titles given to audience segments could also be better. Sometimes they are just a mix of keywords separated by commas or semicolons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Audiense to segment target audiences for brand campaigns and tailor messaging to pychographic profile of audience segment.

Excellent tool for creating digital archetypes and better understanding audiences

What do you like best about the product?
Since its design and conceptualization, the Interactive Museum of Economics (MIDE) has been characterized by establishing a permanent dialogue with its audiences, allowing it to place them at the center of its decisions. To this end, it has a dedicated full-time area to better understand its visitors and users through audience studies, research, and evaluation.

Each new development of the museum starts from a deep exploration of its audiences aimed at satisfying their expectations and needs. In this sense, Audiense Insights has been a pleasant surprise and a very valuable tool that has allowed us to explore the characteristics of our audiences in digital ecosystems.

Through more than 175 variables, it is possible to define user archetypes, both current and potential, from a perspective not only demographic but also through their affinities, interests, and online habits.

Without a doubt, the Interactive Museum of Economics will continue to use the Audiense Insights platform as an important part of its range of tools to better understand its audiences and provide them with excellent service.

What do you like best about the product?
As a HNWI marketer, the most useful parts of audiense are: creating audience by bio/job title, email matching (when GDPR compliant), and DSP integration with programmatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but some suggestions for improvement include: whitelabelling option for agencies, ability to delete insight reports to make way for new ones without burdening the monthly limit, and inclusion of instagram/facebook/other platform handle audience creation. Also - you used to be able to download an audience to see their insta, myspace, fb, medium, youtube etc handles and work out % usage, but this feature has disappeared, i would like it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding HNWI audiences and plugging it into programmatic ads.

What do you like best about the product?
Audiense is one of the most powerful Twitter marketing tools on the planet. I am able to run various campaigns and find my target customer. I use this tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would add even more features to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I ran a campaign last year in hopes to raise $500,000 for our non profit over a 6 week campaign period. Not only did we raise $500,000 in 3 days with Audiense we ended raising over $1,000,000 dollars for our organization. I would not have been able to do this without Audiense. We also generated over 20 million impressions and many celebrities interacted with our brand during the campaign. Audiense is a truly special platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are running Twitter ads or want to run an influencer marketing campaign, this is the tool to use.
