I like how flexible the software is and how deep you can explore audiences

maybe that you are solely focused on Twitter

Comprehensive Audience Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The clustering functionality allows us to learn more about the audiences talking about our movies and to present the information to stakeholders in an easily digestible way. The Audiense team has also been receptive to our feedback and has added features we requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant comes to mind. It would just be nice to have this platform linked with a social listening tool to be able to instantly pull insights without having to export comments/users and import them into Audiense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Brandwatch, we're able to easily track social conversation and social volume. However, Brandwatch is not particularly useful when analyzing the composition of audiences talking about something online. Audiense helps us deep dive into WHO is talking about a movie and more closely analyze opportunity audiences or problematic audiences.
Audiense is a great tool, but some improvements can be done.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to undersrand where does the conversation sits in terms of who is part of and what are tha affinities they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the thing that i most miss is the posibility of playing around with the audience search within the platform rather than going back to Meltwater and refine the search there. Also the posibility of editing the results whenever the results are not matching an analyst pov.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the audiense behind a crisis issue for the client.

Audiense provides detailed information about social following at the touch of your fingers, it is an easy to use tool and provides valuable insights that we can share with our clients

since they are constantly innovating and improving there are always new ways of working to learn

What do you like best about the product?
We used Audiense to analyze the characteristics of different audiences who engaged in conversations on X around a specific topic. The tool proved to be extremely valuable, offering a wealth of detailed insights to enrich our analysis (from users' interests and influencers, to socio-demographic attributes...)
I particularly appreciated the integration with IBM Watson, which leverages machine learning to generate in-depth personality profiles for specific target groups.
The platform’s interface is well-designed, making navigation smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly.
The support from the Audiense team has been outstanding from the very beginning. I truly valued their responsiveness and proactive approach in providing ideas and suggestions to enhance our analysis and maximize the platform’s potential.
Overall, I think Audiense is a very useful for anyone looking for a comprehensive and effective solution to gain deeper insights into their audience and optimize their social media marketing strategy.

I would love to see additional social data sources integrated into Audiense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled us to gather thorough and detailed information about the characteristics of our target audiences, insights that would have been impossible to obtain through the traditional web listening tools we typically use.
Saves me hours of time!
What do you like best about the product?
Before Audiense, I would conduct online audience research by search for a topic on a regular social listening tool, going through the mentions, and looking through the profiles of people joining in on the conversation by hand. This would take hours, even for the most basic of tasks. Audiense does the same work and more for me in a fraction of the time. Reports are quick and easy to set up, and they rarely take longer than 10 minutes to run. The exports generated from the report are visually nice and easy to read, meaning I can send them directly to stakeholders without having to adjust them. The tool's documentation is well written and anwers most questions, including details of data sourcing, and the Audiense team are very helpful and quick to answer any addtional questions that are sent to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Audiense's insights reports are generated based on audiences found via publically avalible data on X, it is not always a true representation of an overall audience. However, when trying to research online audiences, often this option is better than nothing and/or a good starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While traditional social listening tells me what people are saying about a topic, Audiense tells me about those people themselves - demographics, interests, influencers that would appeal to them, etc. It allows me to quickly and easily gather this information.

Honestly, Audiense is pretty awesome at giving super detailed audience segmentation and analytics for your X (formerly Twitter) account. It goes way beyond basic demographics and really helps me get a grasp on my audience’s behaviors, preferences, and who influences them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit of a challenge to navigate at first. There’s a ton of features, and it can feel kinda overwhelming

I’ve been using Audiense mainly for growth and analysis on X (formerly Twitter), and it’s been a game-changer for me. It helps me track audience engagement and do segmentation with a ton of precision, so I can fine-tune my campaigns and really understand my followers’ behaviors.

Data is sourced in different ways and it's challenging to pull together audience profiles for each channel when the data available varies.

Audiense provides us with a wealth of audience data and insights that are so valuable in providing a more tailored approach to how we can more strategically plan and reach target audiences.

There is a wealth of different ways to gain data through the tool, which is a positive, however it will take our team a little while to get confident in using it.
