A System That Gives Me Peace of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the system – also because of the leadership, guidance, and automations on the side. Clear dashboards, accessible people, and real-time data – in clear visibility – it’s possible to grow with it, to add more team members, and everything stays in one place instead of being scattered across systems. This peace of mind, where the business owner sits in one place and gets a clear picture to keep growing the business – that's worth everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really like the limitation on the number of users required to start using the system, and the fact that it's not possible to purchase additional automations for an extra monthly fee — instead, you have to upgrade the entire plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets the business’s need to manage all its operations in one place, without jumping between different systems — in addition to the ability to customize and organize the business according to its specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I work with Fireberry as a consultant and implementer, and what I like most is how easy it is to use. My clients don’t need to be tech experts to run it — even non-technical users can handle it easily. It’s flexible, keeps improving fast, and brings sales, service, and marketing all into one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The system works great, but right now there’s no customer portal. This lets some of my clients down, so I use a third-party product for that. I really hope they’ll launch their own portal soon, with the new product release called Fireberry Service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fireberry helps keep sales, marketing, and support all together in one place. It’s easy to use and doesn’t need a lot of setup. The automation and connections with other tools save time and make work easier for me and my clients. It helps my clients grow without causing extra headaches or big costs

What do you like best about the product?
Fireberry is very customizable and we have been able to create modules to fit our exact needs. The technical support has been great and we have experienced very few errors or outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not so colorful and it can be difficult to search for specific information within a record. You also have to make sure to save your work - it is not autosaved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data was spread throughout various spreadsheets and programs and we needed a solution which would bring everything together within one system.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful is how much can be customized to suit the exact needs of our organization. I also really like the feature that enables us to create as many different "views" as we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use many integrations between other websites and Fireberry in order to do things like automatically sync donations. It would be amazing if there were built in integrations between Fireberry and some of the large payment processors, such as Paypal and Stripe-- this would eliminate the need to outsource/figure out how to create integrations ourselves, which hasn't been so successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fireberry enables our entire team to manage all of our programs in one place. Caseworkers can manage their caseloads, our helpline team can track all of their calls, and the fundraising team-- my team-- can track all donations and donors. This enables us to keep everything in one place and quickly add more information or run reports to help us do our work faster and more seamlessly!

What do you like best about the product?
It is a singular platform where I can log case notes and look up contacts. It's mostly replaced what used to be accomplished by multiple documents and folders on a dropbox and google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides in my experience so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the administrative end, fireberry is helping us to track valuable data about our cases and resources and on my end specifically, it's providing a unified space where I can take notes, add contacts, and look up past cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I am really enjoying using Fireberry! It's a great way to keep our notes and interactions organized. It's also intuitive to use and fairly straightforward once you understand how it works. In particular, I like how there is a feature to "tag" a contact/the person you have been in touch with so that later we can search by that person and see which cases we have been involved with in the past. This is very important in our line of work because we tend to come in contact with the same rabbis, lawyers, mediators, etc. over time and it's important to have an institutional record of these different people so we can make connections, learn from past experiences, know to stay away from certain people or know we can trust them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would like to mention:

1. the agunot we work with send us files such as court orders, beit din decisions, etc. but there isn't a way to store many of the larger files. Because of this, we store these files in Google Drives which does have the storage capacity. So, it's a bit clunky to have to consult two different systems, but I also recognize that Fireberry is meant to be a CRM and not a storage system, though it would be nice to be able to have it all in one place and have increased storage capacity.

2. There are a few minor system tweaks that would be nice-it seems the default time stamp is in Israel time which can't be changed on our end, and it would be nice if there could be a feature in which the notes you are writing "save as you go" (similar to what happens when you work on a Google Doc) because it is frustrating to lose all the notes if your computer shuts down unexpectedly (before you've had a chance to save), or the tab closes, while you are in the middle of writing notes. If this is not possible, maybe there is a way that, if the system closes unexpectedly, there is an option to restore what was being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping our files organized and maintaining institutional records. Also, keeping the name and information of people we have interacted with in one place

What do you like best about the product?
That is is customizeable to really fit whatever you need. The ablilty to take notes in the tasks section keeps our cases well organized. We need to use Fireberry daily in our casework. It has optimised and streamlined our casework.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fireberry does not have cloud storage so we need to link to google drive for any storage needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multiple softwares to keep track of our daily casework. This led to a lot of confusion and miscommunications when trying to strategize on our cases. It was also very hard for new employees to try and make sense of the work done on previous cases. Fireberry has streamlined all of our doucumenting cases into one program.
