Great product with great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive and easy to use, could be integrated with many softwares and apps.

A better knowledge base for writing formulas. Many times I have to look up online in different websites to search for the right syntax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating different apps in our company, making user creation automated and more accurate. It is easier to catch mistakes this way and monitor the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I collaborate with the EMEA team and they have been super helpful. The live chat never disappointed me, the guys really know their stuff and help you very good. The customer success team focuses really well on getting value for your initial use cases and continues to monitor. The application itself is so easy to use that compared to other vendors we needed 4 times LESS time to configure exactly the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation on how to configure chatbots is not sufficient and leads to too many questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Process Automation, Getting business users to configure their own integrations.
Workato is a helpful tool that enables integration between various platforms for different use-cases
What do you like best about the product?
One of the advantages of the platform is that you don't have to be an advanced software developer to write the recipes from scratch - just the basic knowledge is sufficient most of the time. Workato support is there 24/7 to aid you with a problem, regardless of being a trivial question or a complex one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things where Workato still has areas for improvement. One such thing is the resolution speed of certain Jira Data Center bugs. The other sphere, where improvements can be made, is the support with creating custom actions - this is not something that Workato support is able to support with now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato enables advanced integration solutions without the need to develop a new one from scratch for every use case. In turn, this saves valuable time and allows us to roll out the integration projects much faster. Existing integrations can be evolved whenever a need arises, with minimal downtime, by simply stoping one recipe and replacing it with a newer version.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If the business value of the recipe, made in Workato, would be less or equal to the cost of one - there is hardly any better alternative out there at the time being.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface, lots of connectors for applications that our organization uses. Staff is willing to work with you to determine and prioritize automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model based on recipes puts you in a situation where you will end up combining recipes and sometimes searching for other ways to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using workato for connection some of our core Enterprise Systems and exploring using it for Onboarding/Offboarding of employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is my favorite service I brought into the organization. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and powerful. Best of all, development progresses at break-neck speeds. The Workato team continues to build features I didn't know I needed--they're always one step ahead of me. From HR, to Operations, to IT... the integrations are easy to build out. Sharing data between disparate systems has never been this easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. Although improvements are being made all the time on the Dashboard, it would be great to see--at a glace--which recipies are running and counting against your usage plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting SaaS applications and automating business processes, like HR on and offboarding.
Extremely powerful and easy to use integration and automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward UI that allows even business users to be able to read through recipes. We've been able to integrate between all our systems, and if not, it's always been a limitation on our source systems side. This platform has allowed our company to be more agile and iterate faster as many teams have widely adopted the tool to support various use cases. Workato has fundamentally shifted our company's automation initiatives as it no longer requires teams to prioritize resources with developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation around formula tips/tricks as well as specific connectors would be beneficial. I will say that Workato's Support team has always helped me bridge that gap and find a solution. They are the best and super fast.
I would love if jobs would show the data processed in for each loops and if we could replay a particular iteration within the recipe. In order to get around this, we've created child recipes to log the data within for each loops which allows us to rerun isolated executions that failed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have various use cases across our company, whether it's syncing data between systems, sending the right email notifications based on events, or assigning customers to the right segment. A huge win with using workato is that we can experiment quickly by leveraging recipes to prove ROI and then use that data to drive more investment in that particular initiative.
