What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to learn. I code less.

We have to pay for the steps. It's not a big deal, but it's a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
How simple and easy it is to connect applications. Documentation being available is also a plus.

There's nothing that I dislike aboutWorkato at the moment.

Need to update the retention period in our customer's account but we need to review the process for that.

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for enterprise integration, integration between applications, and enterprise data layers via IPR.

What is most valuable?

The valuable feature of the solution is its ease of use of its basic features.

What needs improvement?

The management dashboard in the solution is an area with shortcomings that needs improvement.


For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Workato for about eighteen months. My company has a partnership with Workato. Also, I am using the solution's latest version. My company has a partnership with Workato. We are also customers of the solution.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten. Speaking about the users is one thing, but considering applications, it's used for about 300 different applications. So, you can pull out around 300 applications to a user.

How are customer service and support?

I had contacted the support, but it's more around connecting to different technologies and the actual technology itself.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was extremely easy. We have deployed the solution on the public cloud as well as connectors on-prem connections.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Speaking about price, I would say that it's market-related. Also, there are costs in addition to the standard license fees since different add-ons depend on what you require.

What other advice do I have?

I would ask those considering using the solution to sign in and understand the market and what it's meant for so that they know what it is not meant for while understanding its capabilities.

I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.

It is very elegant, and the post-sale training and onboarding is first class.

There is certainly lots of complexity in integrations in general, and there is probably scope to improve any product - but for now we are very happy...

We are a vendor with multinational clients who all have their own nuances for integration - Workato allows us to scale and massively reduce the time taken in each individual integration project.

I have been using Workato for several months now and I am extremely impressed with its capabilities. What do you like best about the product?
Recipes and triggers are provided by Workato are too simple to understand and implement resulting in scaling of the product.

Nothing as of now that we dislike about Workato.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to learn and once you know how to get around, creative solutions become part of the recipe development to integrate disparate systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features I dislike in Workato.

We pass movie title and metadata information into different endpoints, process financial information and summarize data between systems, incorporate workflow processes.
