What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand customers on-page/on-site behavior. We could see what is not working well on the webshop and optimize it for better user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clicktale has been acquired by ContentSquare in 2019, which also acquired Hotjar recently. Contentsquare is by now the major player in the usability analytics market. The setup is rather straightforward and fast support is provided with a good amount of documentation.
With the aggregated heatmap/journey and individual session replays, it's very useful to understand what users are doing on your site and it gives context to what you see in AA/GA reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the journey function to be able to break down every pathway to see just how different pages perform and instantly see bounce rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is quite a complex system and I wouldn't have been able to self-learn it with confidence like other online analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking at conversion rate between different types of pages - I'm excited to keep being able to compare Womens landing pages vs. Mens landing pages to understand more about the online customers coming to our site.

Créer de nouveaux paramètres pour suivre les visites sur les éléments de page existants est un peu plus difficile par rapport à d'autres fonctions.

Outil très puissant, contient tout ce que je veux et plus encore en tant que Responsable E-Commerce pour optimiser la rentabilité et l'expérience utilisateur.

Cela peut être un peu rebutant pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. Cependant, il existe de nombreuses certifications disponibles.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support when you have a question. Lots of events to learn more and discover the latest capabilities of the tool. Possibility to reach out to other clients of the solution and have a view on their experience and how they use CS. Their team is super friendly and helpful, I've been working with them in 2 different companies and the level of professionalism is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS takes time and dedication to get the insights out of all the data, but their training solution is there for that. They always have new technologies coming in to complete the offer but of course, this comes at an extra cost on the client side. Some events might be too 'high level' so it can be a bit disappointing at times if you are looking for very concrete examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can improve the customer journey and optimize content placement on the page to make sure customers flow in the right direction. It gives a lot more insights into how the layout influences consumers' behavior. We can dig deeper into AB test results to understand what they looked into when confronted with the variation instead of the original. We were able to spot UX issues with click frustration on elements that were not clickable or shouldn't be clicked on.

Nous avons pu détecter de nombreuses anomalies de navigation sur notre site web. C'est une véritable qualité.
Great UX Analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a Conversion Manager, I use Contentsquare on a regular basis. It's a great tool, essential in customer experience analysis.
Their different platforms are very intuitive, the e-learning platform is just great and their support is of excellent quality.

The alerts module is not very customizable, and often I receive “false alarms”.
