What do you like best about the product?
Heatmaps ara great way to understand visitor behaviour on a page. The new option to get engagement on a page by using the extension without even opening the app is a great time-saver
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new parameters to track visits on existing Page elements is a little difficult compared to other functions

What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful tool, contains everything I want and more as an E-Commerce Manager to optimise profitability and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be a bit of putting to new users. However, there are a lot of certifications available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Click through rates/performance of banners is very easy

What do you like best about the product?
Great support when you have a question. Lots of events to learn more and discover the latest capabilities of the tool. Possibility to reach out to other clients of the solution and have a view on their experience and how they use CS. Their team is super friendly and helpful, I've been working with them in 2 different companies and the level of professionalism is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS takes time and dedication to get the insights out of all the data, but their training solution is there for that. They always have new technologies coming in to complete the offer but of course, this comes at an extra cost on the client side. Some events might be too 'high level' so it can be a bit disappointing at times if you are looking for very concrete examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can improve the customer journey and optimize content placement on the page to make sure customers flow in the right direction. It gives a lot more insights into how the layout influences consumers' behavior. We can dig deeper into AB test results to understand what they looked into when confronted with the variation instead of the original. We were able to spot UX issues with click frustration on elements that were not clickable or shouldn't be clicked on.

there is literally nothing i dislike about CS

AB test analysis is quicker and more insightful
All user behaviour analysis is far easier on CS than GA

What do you like best about the product?
As a Conversion Manager, I use Contentsquare on a regular basis. It's a great tool, essential in customer experience analysis.
Their different platforms are very intuitive, the e-learning platform is just great and their support is of excellent quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts module is not very customizable, and often I receive “false alarms”.

What do you like best about the product?
Helped me share easily accessible data with teams not used to analytics tools.
Their CS Live extension makes it easy to look at page performance on the go.
Nice team, always ready to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their journey map is accurate and all, but just looks weird...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jounrey mapping, value mapping, deeper understanding of user behaviour - with a simple zone analysis you can easily come up with. a dozen or more tests.

What do you like best about the product?
Content Square adds value to my work almost every day and has a brilliant support team and community. Journey and zoning analysis modules have been particularly helpful in identifying areas for improvement and generating experimentation ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can sometimes be a little confusing and if your website does not follow best practice in terms of element tags, it can create some unexpected errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved many journeys through our site, ensuring users can get to relevant content as efficiently as possible, removing barriers to conversion.
