Clicktale helped to understand the user experience in a very clear and precise manner
What do you like best about the product?
Heatmaps are very useful. All kinds of heatmaps made the analysis easier
What do you dislike about the product?
100 options of page preview, were usually the same. So this was little distracting

Business problems related to scroll reach. And user interaction on page CTA's

The Tool of Quick Wins
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is powerful. Zoning and replays are great. The Chrome extension is fantastic for anyone in the business to grab quick wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the data when sampled can be difficult. Had a high turnover of CSMs on our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped massively with improving UX across our site for both new and old areas and products/features.

Easy to Understand User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see exactly what the user is doing and gather that information from multiple users to create a heatmap. This will give the designers a map on to make better design decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually never used it, rather was given the feedback/info from our Marketing partners.

ユーザーの動きが見れるので数値だけでは気づきにくいユーザーの心理状況が読み取りやすい

過去のデータの見れる範囲が短いと感じる。半年以上のデータを見れると分析がしやすい

LPのCVRの改善に使用している。
ヒートマップツールを普段から使いこなしていてさらに一歩踏み込んだ分析をしたいという方にはおすすめしたい。

セッションリプレイ。実際のユーザーの動きから共通項を読み解く、少ない母数でもクリティカルな課題を見つけ出すことにおいて、セッションリプレイ以上に有効な分析が見当たらない。
What do you dislike about the product?
UI面及び機能が多すぎる。UI面、特にマッピングは便利な反面、サイト構造をある程度理解していないと使いこなせない機能なので、clicktaleの方が指定しやすく自由度が高かったように感じる。機能面は拡充されるのはありがたいものの、自社のレベル感に合わないとなってきた場合に、変更できないのが困る。使いたい機能を選べるなど、事業の規模感に応じてカスタマイズできるプランがほしい。

採用活動でのフィルター効果。基本的には未経験者からの採用をするので、本人webマーケティングに対する意欲の確認及びセンスをはかる上で知識ではなく、感覚でとらえらえるヒートマップはフィルターとして非常に役に立つ。

webマーケティングに興味を持ってもらうきっかけとして、採用や教育に非常に役立つツール。単なる分析ツールではなく、本人のモチベーションアップ、組織のレベルアップにつながる。
分析の幅が広いが使い方が難しい
What do you like best about the product?
「ゾーイング分析」を利用する。ランディングページでどこが見られているのか、クリック率が高いボタンはどこかなどを確認することができるので。
What do you dislike about the product?
「ジャーニー分析」はあまり利用しない。利用シーンが想像できない、使い方がよくわからない。
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ランディングページの改修で問題の発見に利用している。ユーザーの行動を見ることができるので、改修や新規LP作成にやくだつ。

What do you like best about the product?
Journey analysis, particularly utilizing zoning. It has been helpful as it was not seen in GA before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to make detailed settings means that when checking things like heat maps, you can't view them without setting each one individually for SP and PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analysis that was not visible on the corporate site, which had been strict until now, could be done. Also, things like journey analysis could not be seen in GA, and hypotheses were made based on guesses until now, but it was good to be able to see them properly as numbers.
