Exceptional!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of this product is excellent, from input to data visualization. Zoning analysis is my favorite component and has served useful in prioritizing where we optimize site pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there can be too many mappings, which makes it harder to discern the best option to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Friction points for the customer while also aligning on prioritization and time management internally on where to focus our efforts.

Offers great flexibility to test and analyze how content performs on our website
What do you like best about the product?
The zoning tool in Contentsquare has been really helpful in assessing various landing pages and how they are performing based on the differents metrics such as click rate, conversion rate, etc. While we haven't dived into A/B testing, it would be great to use the zoning product within Contentsquare to discover which content performs best with certain customer segments we determine important to our business. Contentsquare has already helped drive decisions to improve the UX design for our main homepage and continues to help plan designs for our upcoming campaigns and their landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, while Contentsquare offers all these tools and metrics, it can become overwhelming to build a business case. From a top-level standpoint, it can be difficult to determine which metrics or goals are important to you at first which at this point, the role of the CRM is important to guide you through the best practices and tips for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare has been beneficial in guiding our UX and design, making sure click-through and exposure rate increase for users by helping determine what content, exactly, performs best against each other. It's also been beneficial in that before, we were making assumptions, but the exact metrics and data within Contentsquare prove that our assumptions are valid and can guide us to make more substantial decisions to update and improve the website.

Understanding user behavior on pages and getting better insight into page flows allows us to surface opportunities and improvements on a continuous basis.
Great Tool for Customer Journey and Customer Behavior Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to answer "why" on so many questions we might have about our pages and journey. Heatmaps, Session Recordings, and other UX features are not available in analytics tools and Contentsquare pairs great with a tool like Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading and sharing functionality is minimal. The tool is great to personal analysis or over a screen share but is difficult to integrate CS data in a presentation, aside from zoning analysis screenshots.
It can also be a bit glitchy sometimes but refreshing the page typically solves the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to take a closer look into the user journey. The journey analysis acts as a great starting point for analysis, then we're able to drill in deeper by using the zoning analysis and session recordings. This has helped us answer UX questions we were not able to solve when using a typical analytics tool or our previous UX tool.

A powerful UX tool to add to your quant analysis
What do you like best about the product?
CS allows you to understand the true journeys users take, not just following page path. The tool also lets you set up goals for clicks which we can't easily do in GA as GTM is closed to most people - CS gives us the freedom to add click goals without loading GTM with tags. CS is a tool we use daily, and in every piece of UX analysis, it plays a big role in our UX roadmap and optimisation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an eye-tracking feature built in - it's the missing data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to pin point copy on the site that causes a higher conversion rate thanks to the click to conversion metrics and utilised this on key pages for campaign traffic to increase conversion rate.

ContentSquare allows you to analyze the user's journey and to identify pain points within the page. Furthermore, thanks to the "Impact quantification" module, it is possible to evaluate the impact of certain user behaviors and plan actions based on the estimated revenue. Contentsquare allows us to improve web performance thanks to ux / ui micro-optimizations. The tool's usability is perfect, and the support is always timely and effective, made by extraordinary people, and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything about the tool, and I have no suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Contentsquare's data, we can plan better the actions to improve the user experience and journey. We can also better understand the user and the points of friction. CS helps us formalize significant A / B tests and actions that prove to be successful. The benefit is an increase in conversions with less effort on all teams.
Very useful tool to optimize digital experience, great support service and partnership team !

The ease of use of the tool and the depth of the analysis we can get thanks to the different modules.

The data gap with analytics tools is hard to justify to the teams and makes us lose time to understand the reason of the gap.
