Tricky to understand but great insights!

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare provides great insights into customer behaviour, I have used the session replay function to find issues we would probably never find otherwise!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was tricky to understand how Contentsquare works. For example, a page zoning analysis won't work if cookies aren't accepted, but the system doesn't tell you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to understand the customer journey and where we need to optimise pages. We also use it to find errors

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare helps me make sense of what users are doing out in the wild. It helps me spot problems, figure out how important they are, and track how much I've improved them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements can be a little tricky to set up, and you need to tweak and refine things. Thankfully the support you get is really comprehensive so you're doing this together as a team with CS!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare is allowing us to easily see how our journeys, pages and elements are being used. Previously we had to specify everything we wanted to track, which meant we had to know already where the problems were. Now we're able to explore and discover issues and patterns of behaviour in the wild!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoning analysis lets you get a real insight into customer behaviour on your website. There are often pain points in customer experience that you may not be fully aware of. Contentsquare helps you to identify these, making any areas for improvement clear and concise. Journey Analysis is also a fascinating tool to see how users navigate your website. The support of our Customer Success Manager has always been great, too - including regular check-ins and extensive feedback on analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of aspects of Contentsquare that I still do not fully understand, so it can take some time to become competent. However, if you can dedicate the time to dig into what it offers, you will reap the rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to optimise our pages for desktop and mobile to ensure we grab and keep the attention of any users. Zoning Analysis has been particularly useful for this!

What do you like best about the product?
From implementation, to the support, to the tool itself - this tool is above anything else. I use it every day for so many different projects and love using it very day
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, I have never had an issue and if I ever need support the team are available and reply so quickly there is nothing to dislike

We had no clear picture of customer journeys online, but now we do! Which has been so helpful with providing insights and improvements we can and are making, all thanks to Contentsquare

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to delve into the data to see where we are missing opportunities, where we can improve on-site experience and measure the impact of changes that we make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say a downside is that there isn't a space on the platform yet where all the research and findings can be stored and organised. I think having this would make data analysis much more friendly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us propose new business cases for change we want to implement. It's then helping us measure the impact of these changes and give a value to them. We are able to really get into detail that we wouldn't see if we didn't use Content Square.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy to use interface with access to great tools that allow me to identify opportunities or identify customer problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the ability to save preferred states or set-ups in journey analysis or page comparator, so I could quickly retrieve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me understand what our customers are doing when managing their account, which has been difficult to do in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly; it makes it easy to get insights and take action on them. The service you receive from the content square team is second to none. They are good at coming to you with new ideas and opportunities to improve your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides for me; there are always new updates to functionality also, which means this tool is of excellent value!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a service which gives insights and analysis on pages, customer journeys, segments, error analysis, impact analysis. It benefits us as we now have insights we can action with haste and we know what items require our largest attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Before getting on board with ContentSquare we had limited insisghts to our customer behaviour. Other analytics tools told us the "What" but Contentsquare was better at telling us the "Why".
Across different teams, we all use CS daily with different use cases. I work in experimentation and the CS is invaluable in my work. The platform is engaging, visual & provides digestable insights to the stakeholders that don't always have the time to look at things granularly.
Finally, the team at CS is brilliant, especially Eleanor Vernall who goes above and beyond in taking care of us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Workspaces could do with some improvement, but nothing major. And sometimes load time can be a pain, or random glitches but hey, that can be said about a lot of tools and the CS team are quick to help resolve things!

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows you to better understand the customers' intentions and needs on the website. What we are not able to discover or interpret from the traffic data or comments in Customer Voice, we can accurately analyze by looking at the user's activity on the website or by following their actions through session replays. I believe that it is a tool with great potential, with a lot to offer, especially to people dealing with digital marketing and Internet topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The values for the visits are not always accurate, I prefer to use another tool to check the volume of the traffic. Sometimes the tool gets slower and needs to be refreshed.
