Very useful tool to analyse the user behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful multitasking tool that helps me to improve the customer journey and results
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool's speed sometimes is a little slow, depending on the data group you selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly optimizing the customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The service provided from ContentSquare in both the product and also the service that they provide Sky is second to none and it really makes a difference in how we operate and how we serve our customers better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having enough time to be able to use ContentSquare as much as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It highlights areas of our digital journeys where customer drop out or have frustration and it allows us to work in better outcomes for our customers.
Makes every analysis easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The session replay service is great. Contentsquare is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I cannot find the session recordings for a specific customer, and the Controlled Exposure is confusing, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to enhance the customer's journey and better understand the customer's needs.
Contentsquare team a good partner for site analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare provides data and fantastic visuals for our A/B testing documentation. The support team members provided are very attentive and responsive. In most instances, you can specify the customer behavior/activity to capture/monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is not having all pages/areas tagged to view every customer's journey comprehensively. Some advanced features are not as intuitive to set up for the end user. Raw data is not available out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows end users to see data on their page(s) of interest. We use the application to see customer activity/behavior to determine optimization opportunities.
Great communication
What do you like best about the product?
I value the b2b experience with Content Square, as they're really good with keeping communication lines open. There's always somebody available to answer questions, offer advice, and share solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can say I dislike. The service at Content Square has met my expectations, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare have provided us access to insights to key areas of our website, on multiple devices. We have an overview of elements of the site that customers find attractive, and convert highly, as well as areas that require improvement. We're now able to make data driven strategies to improve revenue and user experience.

Focusing on Customer Experience, this tool is really super user friendly, offers a lot of cool features and support is really super fast!

Need time to investigate, how can those feature be applied on my level of business. But again, support is helping a lot

The analysis capabilities that the tool gives us to work are both easy and intuitive.

The organization that needs before starting analysing.

The zooming analysis helps me fully understand the problems on a page.

The zoning analysis is perfect for analyzing page performance easily.

I don't use the performance alert tool at the moment. I don't dislike it but I don't need it at the moment.

It helps me better understand customer behavior on my website and the pain points I have to optimize.
Content Square is excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is excellent! As someone newer to product, I've found the platform very easy to learn and use in order to gain valuable insight into how our own customers use our own website. I'd highly recommend CS to anyone else who wants to learn more about customer behaviour on their own platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...all round i've found the platform very easy to use and no pain points!

CS is helping me understand how, why and when our customers are shopping on our eCommerce site. It supports our analytical data and gives us another layer of information that we can apply to further understand our customers and improve our customer experience.
Great tool for insight
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is an excellent tool for insight; we have found it helpful across several teams when we need to validate insights from our other analytics tools, it also gives a different perspective on customer behaviour and is also useful for performance testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several modules, and sometimes it is challenging to keep up with the updates and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best things is that Contentsquare has a wide range of use cases, and therefore isn't limited to a particular scenario.
