Great support and training from Contentsquare
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, getting to grips with Contentsquare has been an absolute breeze. The training and support are incredible, and they really break down everything you need to know in a super simple and digestible way. Our CSM Louise is very supportive and approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything I particularly dislike about Contentsquare. The only thing would be not really knowing how to use it but this was addressed by the fantastic training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is always looking for ways to improve and has taken on a lot of our recommendations for improvement. In fact, they've just created a dedicated bespoke online university and training page for our company.

Such an insightful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I just love the range of metrics you can filter by. I use the page analysis tool the most and love looking at the data it provides for clicks, exposure rate and many other fantastic things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if you can select a view of all desktop/tablet/mobile data when using the platform version of Content square like you can the Chrome plug in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us make decisions on how to update our content and what pieces of content work best.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Maybe the fact that since the possibilities are immense in terms of analysis, we sometimes spend a bit too much time on it, other than that I don't see anything!

Contentsquare helps us identify friction points, bugs, or issues on our website pages and allows us to quickly and easily find suitable solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is easy to use and visually appealing. It's a great analysis tool to use alongside our other analysis platforms and allows us to pull and share data easily with the wider business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoning analysis can be a bit fiddly, and occasionally snapshots can break. There's also no way to track Navigation changes in CSQ, so we've had to monitor any changes we make to the navigation on our side, in order to make sure that our analysis is 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare has helped us solved the issue of having a one-size-fits-all approach to our navigation/PLPs. CSQ has allowed us to analyse our sites by market and device, allowing us to really tailor our optimisation approach.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is a must if you want to get closer to your customer's behaviour. The insights are really powerful and frequent in many of my presentations.
From understanding and comparing your customer journeys and pages to an on-the-fly review of interactions and attractiveness of your site with CS Live, it's a product manager's dream!
Implementation was smooth and the Contentsquare team held our hand throughout. Only a small amount of configuration and you're ready to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to find faults in Contentsquare's analytical platform. If I had to pick one thing I would say that the first attempts at setting up zoning for a/b tests were a little tricky but the CS team spent time talking me through what I needed and I was all set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps me understand the why. It is very easy to get lost in data, but Contentsquare's features such as insights and session replay allow me to understand the friction customers feel throughout their journey. I can then see the benefit of removing this friction with impact quantification. All perfect evidence to support prioritisation!

Very user friendly, Contentsquare University is great for new joiners.

If masking of pages are subsided it would be great.

It helps in understanding the pain points in the customer journey and their analysis

Mapping, comparisons and journeys were all fascinating and helpful. The session replays were also insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn and a lot of 'noise'. Not so much a fault of their programming or staff but rather a lot of data to parse and prioritize.

User experience, search and checkout have been most helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Having that granular data to show which areas of your website are working well, what could be improved, what gets the most traction etc, is invaluable for optimising web journeys for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CS Live extension is reallllllllly difficult to find for some reason! But nothing negative about Contentsquare itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How we can make our webpages more efficient i.e. getting rid of content that just isn't engaged with.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare live zoning tool is excellent and allows us to check live performance quickly for key stakeholders. This allows us to be as reactive as possible and maximise content that's performing well.
The heatmapping aspect of the software is great and allows stakeholders from other teams to understand performance easily. Page comparator is also an innovative element that helps compare performance in a quick and easy way between pages.

This is no different to other analytics software in the market, but dashboards can sometimes be long-winded and complex to set up.

It helps us to be as reactive as possible to make informed trading/page presentation decisions quickly.
