A user management platform that allows you to do so much!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Frontegg contains so much integration possiblities, it allows us to customize almost everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have customized integrations to set alerts on in house products as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved a lot of money using the out of the box offered integrations
Impressive platform with nice features and components
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is impressive because of the user interface. The dashboard navigation through pages and features is good. It is organized well. The platform is user-friendly. The components that it provides suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides What I like, there are some parts in the documentation that are unclear for me as a newcomer. The guides should help me the first time I use it but they are not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg helps me as a developer that is still new in the town. It allows me to focus on the important parts and helps me improve my skills instead of implementing the hard-to-implement flows of authentication. This is a great benefit.
Excellent user management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the integration with Frontegg was super fast, with the minimum amount of code in our projects,
And the fact that we can configure everything for our users, and tenant’s users in once place.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Frontegg can be much better if they will add more products to their framework, such as feature-flagging, and more security abilities, to reduce use of third-party services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is solving the user management problem, with close to zero-code. This can potentially benefit us with reducing huge amount of coding time and maintenance that we would need to invest ourselves, and instead we can invest our time with our code business logic.
The best authentication product I ever used
What do you like best about the product?
What really sparks my enthusiasm about the platform is its multi-factor authentication capability, which I consider essential. Within Frontegg, I have the flexibility to choose the authentication factors I want to implement, including SMS, authentication apps, built-in authentication, and security keys. Furthermore, I can also set up the feature to remember devices as trusted, which proves to be incredibly practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain users, the process of integrating and setting up Frontegg's features might present a learning curve, particularly if they aren't well-versed in APIs, SDKs, or web development principles.

The extensive range of configuration choices available not only for this feature but also for many others is significant and practical. Frontegg effectively addresses the substantial task of implementing authentication flows for customers, which could be considered its primary strength, making it a worthwhile investment.
Best product for trigger based authentication events
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Frontegg in order to get every authentication based even the happens in my app, the implementation is super friendly

I thing that custom webhools can be a bit more out of the box beacuse setting them up can be complicated sometimes

I love the Frontegg allows me to see all of the users traffic and who authenticated to me app

I'd love the audit logs to be a bit more detailed in the vendor level as well

The best roles based authentication service!
What do you like best about the product?
As a bookeeper which manages a lot of payment premissions among customers, frontegg allows me easily to manage the the different rols and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have to options that are currently available only via API in the UI as well as it sometimes limits me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before frontegg I couldn;t really manage the roles and permissions in a straight forward way
My user data privacy is in good hands
What do you like best about the product?
I know that my user privacy is safe. Frontegg saves the data in a very secured flows and a company that gives a security solution. My user data is in their database and I don't have to care about it. They meets the regulations of data privacy as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I didn't find something that I don't like in the platform. Everything works fine for me. I didn't find a bug. I have all the features I need. So far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the permissions and roles challenge. I can configure and decide what role to give to which user. I can give permissions to registered users automatically which makes my work easier and more convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg R&D developers are experts! I had a chat with two of them as part of an integration support I needed. They are expert and have a lot of deep knowledge. They were able to help me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is amazing. I think everything is well done. They may add a troubleshooting section for Q&A like the help I needed. It can reduce the need to ask them questions.
