What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to set up and get started, really appreciated the way they have thought through customization of the platform so that it looks like it is part of your own product. Its also very robust out of the box, with lots of useful features that would take forever to build yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far. There are some things I would like to see like subscription management, but I have a feeling that is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They take care of the core user management, signup/sign-in flows. Having built a lot of enterprise software you find yourself building these same things over and over again - now we don't have to because Frontegg takes care of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation, the docs are very informative and helpful, they have a pre-build SDK for many programming languages / frameworks so it really only takes a few minutes to implement and integrate.
And above all- the level of support is OUTSTANDING. A dedicated Slack connection with almost instant responses when needed, open to feedback and requests.
Without Frontegg, we would've had to spend a good amount of time implementing our own solution, but luckily we didn't have to, thanks to that great product :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, to be honest. Every time we come up with a challenge (missing features, etc.) - we get an immediate response that this is being worked on and get invited to a beta feature demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-management, access management. We needed a solution for our SaaS-based product to easily manage our setup. We've evaluated several other options, but Frontegg had the winning feature of multi-tenancy. They simply had every feature we needed, out of the box, within a matter of minutes to implement!

What do you like best about the product?
We offloaded the complexity of authorization, tenant/user/role management to Frontegg. Flexible schema and API
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow of tenant/user onboarding can be streamlined. UI of managing users/tenants can be made easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We completely offloaded user/tenant/roles management to Frontegg as well as user authentication and authorization. Not having to reinvent authn/z and host it on our side is a huge benefit for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The hosted admin portal allows our customer to easily manage their users and the authentication for their account. Frontegg has plenty of advanced features such as 2-Factor Authentication, Enterprise SSO, etc., which allows us to offer our customers enterprise-level auth and user management, with just a couple of lines of code added to our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to add custom fields/links to the hosted admin portal section would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now delegate the responsibility of user management, authorization and authentication (a key component of any SaaS app) to Frontegg, allowing us to focus on building our core product.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the implementation and the level of security that comes with the product!
I think this is one of the greatest things I've seen for startups and small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't use my own DB,
Sometimes there a bit delay when trying to load our page I guess its some settings that need to be changed for "lower" security apps that might use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The creation of authentication and authorization is so frustrating! its super easy and fast to implement! I would definitely recommend it to other small startapps

Complete user management capabilities for multiple use cases

What do you like best about the product?
Today the feature’s we’re using are mostly registration page, user and tenants management (including storing custom data on the tenant level to use as “feature flags”), and the admin portal. I like the admin portal since it allows us a full-stack solution for user management.
The frontend side is a major benefit that I am happy I can give my customers from day one, without compromising.
It helps us grow fast, focus our dev team on core product, while providing important user infrastructure to our customers.
Another important benefit we discovered is the easiness of integration. The integration with Frontegg is almost immediate, and the support is great. If you’re thinking on developing it your own - don’t.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg is fairly stable, but we’re looking forward to some promised capabilities. There isn’t anything specific I can think of. When looking into feature requests from customers around authentication and user management, it all falls under Frontegg’s offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a user management solution to manage our different users and to associate each user with the organization they belong to, and to allow users to be able to view only the data of their organization, and to allow them to invite more members from their organization to the platform.
Our challenges involved onboarding new organizations as fast as possible, and to allow different users to have certain features.
So our primary use case was to integrate the Admin Portal and allow our customers add users, assign roles and permissions, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, it allows you to set aside "already solved" problems around user management and lets you focus on your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is relatively new, APIs are still prone to change here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to code anything around user\tenant\login\auth\user security\mfa at all. It's all out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Frontegg’s customer-facing approach. No other vendor currently offers that and that’s really valuable. Our team loves it.
It’s much more than UI, Frontegg knows what customers really want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no noticeable complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not looking for something specific. We didn’t even know a solution lien Frontegg exists.
We integrated it so quickly it seemed like a no-brainer decision to make. As every company, we’re looking g to accelerate development, allocate our resources wisely, and give our customers the best experience possibly.
Frontegg unlocked a lot of features to help us reach this goal, and much more.
Their approach to SaaS self-service features is really life-saving.
