World Class Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use FrontEgg to enable a better sign in experience for our customers. As a customer, we rely on FrontEgg's Support team to help us get our first customers set up for success. FrontEgg Support team (in my case Roy Daniel specifically) goes above and beyond to help us succeed. They are open to calls with our internal team as well as with us and our customers at the same time, helping troubleshoot the smallest nuances to ensure that the experience we provide around sign in is top notch. That level of support is why I love working with them. Highly recommend, and job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to call out at the moment. Some issues did take a while, but that is understandable considering that nuanced issues take time to reproduce and evaluate. I would not count that as a dislike, but on the contrary, great attention to detail and perseverance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FrontEgg is helping us provide a good sign in experience for our customers. We have lately specifically been working on Sing Sign-On capabilities which are now live for some of our customers.
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. Easy to adopt without prior knowledge. Very intuitive and interactive. Allows you to perform the operations in an optimal way in relation to all competitors who provide the tool or claim to provide it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a certain knowledge base to activate certain functions. At the same time, this is a small drawback in a variety of advantages. So i woudn't even say dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the day to day problems that we face in our buissnes enviorment on daily basis.

Stellar Support, Highly Configurable.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the best thing about Frontegg is the team of customer success people working to provide their expertise to us. They're responsive, professional, and always come up with a way to solve technical challenges with us. The platform is versatile, and always growing based on feedback from a team that listens very carefully to feedback. They have a fully documented, fully fleshed-out API, which I highly appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that sometimes things don't work as intended, and bugs can get in the way from time to time. This is offset by the support, but nevertheless can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offloading the burden of IAM and SSO configuration is a major help to us. A single place to handle the users in our customer ecospace is much-needed, and this bridges a technical gap we had as an org.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Frontegg the most is that it's a team of professionals. Developers are experts, sales guys are communicative and professional, and the dev success team is always available. I feel confident when I see this kind of team and I think that this is one of the reasons that it's a successful company

While the team is super professional and communicative, I think that they should document their changes better. They can add another layer of details about future plans. This can help customers to get prepared for future changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit/Solving:
The biggest benefit except for the awesome solution is the confident Frontegg gives to her customer. To use them you give them permission to see your data and you should be confident that they will keep it safe and will provide a platform in a zero-bug approach.

powerful platform with top tier support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very powerfull and we're getting a lot of functionality out of it. Frontegg support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpfull. One of the very few services which I don't dread reaching out to for help. Really appreciate their hard works and every single time I had a question or some obscure issue Frontegg support addressed it and resolved it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing I would like to see get more attention is their documentation. It could be a bit more detailed and include more explanations. Luckily their support is amazing so I never worry about getting stuck with figureing out something myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use it as a single source identity provider/SSO.
The best product for allowing passkeys
What do you like best about the product?
As a part of our service we needed to have an easy login method which includes passkeys, with frontage we got it with just a toggle on!
What do you dislike about the product?
’d like to have an SMS login as well, this is something we are waiting for in a while

We were needed an authentication provider for an easy implementation of easy login methods

What do you like best about the product?
Beside of being a super easy to use authentication service for a non technical people, Frontegg also allows to edit and customize all of the event based emails so you can levergae it into an upsell opportunity.

I'd like to add a custom emails if possilble, currently we are pretty limited to an OOTB email triggers

I love the comprehensiveness of Frontegg. It's an all-in-one user management platform that covers everything from authentication and authorization to user management and analytics. This makes it a great choice for SaaS businesses of all sizes, as it can handle all of their user management needs in one place.

For certain businesses, Frontegg is a very powerful platform, but it can be a bit daunting to get started with if you're not familiar with user management concepts. There is a lot of documentation to read, and it can take some time to get your head around everything.

Multi-factor authentication can be complex to implement and manage, especially for businesses with a large number of users. Frontegg makes it easy to configure and manage multi-factor authentication for all of your users, regardless of their number.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is very easy to use, saving a lot of development time and resources.

The best user management service for data enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
Using Frontegg I'm able to insert and get any infomration about the users, in our company it is super important to get all the user information upon authentication and with Frontegg it's excatly what we were needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like custom webhooks is not advanced enough, would be great to have some webhooks as partial customized, means that It'll provide an option to integrate logic on top of the existed one.
