A fast integration compared to other tools in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Frontegg APIs is an easy task. It fits also unexperienced developers. The way you should use it is straightforward and makes sense. It was a fast integration with our tool. Especially compared to our experience with other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited because of features that are available only for paid plans. There is no access to all the capabilities Frontegg provides so it's a bit challenging to work like that when you have complex scenarios like in our product. We had to pay to continue working with the product that it's reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most valuable feature of Frontegg is secured access to my product. I can decide how strict I want my product to be and the security is done by them according to my configuration. This is wonderful!

Valuable user analytics and insights for decision making

What do you like best about the product?
Valuable user analytics is the feature I appreciate the most in Frontegg. I love that I can analyze user behaviour, and make decisions according to my findings. User insights are integral to our management and getting them out-of-the-box is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg provides various Web SDKs, it lacks in the mobile development area. In my company, in addition to a web app, we maintain two mobile apps, one for Android and another for iOS. Unfortunately, the Frontegg platform doesn't offer a solution to the latter. I hope that the Frontegg team can deliver a solution soon; meanwhile we channel requests to the Web API in the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit of Frontegg for me is time saving. The quick and easy integration with Frontegg's Web SDKs saved us a lot of development time, which translates directly to a great saving of money.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface this platform implement is very intuitive. It's very clear how to do operations and navigate to the right place to configure my auth flows and the advanced features that I need to use. It reduces my need to get help from other experienced developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation to automating changing user roles and permissions to a big number of users simultaneously will be helpful. Also, the option to do bulk operations on demand in one click by a predefined configuration is not in the platform. That's missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my need to implement integrations by myself. Frontegg provides me a few options for a quick and easy-to-use integration with Hubspot and other tools. It is lovely to experience such a platform like Frontegg.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create a login box and integrate it into the platform. The security features, including SSO and multi-factor authentication, aligned perfectly with our data protection goals

Integrating webhooks into our platform posed significant challenges, demanding a profound engagement with intricate external system integration and diverse use case scenarios. Scaling to accommodate fluctuating request volumes, perfecting error handling mechanisms, and fortifying security protocols all contributed to the complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in Education Technology and are looking for a way for users from all over the world to login to our platform and collaborate on joint projects. One of the requirements was login with several layers of authentication.

easy integration, no assistance is needed

What do you like best about the product?
what i love the most is the easy integration, very fast, no struggles. just ask question in the chat or find answers in google. i really like it, easy to implement;
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg provides all in one solution. It's good for me to integrate with one platform for user identity and auth flows and UI implementation and customization. But when you do it maybe there is a cost - one company that has to handle everything. Maybe there is no other option. If the features they provide are enough for you like in my case, it should be your favorite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Frontegg I implemented my login page in 3 minutes and integrate it in 5 minutes. The overall work was very straightforward so the experience is awesome! They know how to do it!

Frontegg performance is one of a kind

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg's performance is super good. The platform always running fast. It works well. No lugs. Very good quality of the product. I feel comfortable when I sleep and use Frontegg in terms of performance. Thanks for the fronteggers for this delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
SDKs are a wonderful tool and we use it often. A mobile SDK is missing. We should use something like that but I didn't see a solution for mobile. I guess they are working on it right now so I'm waiting for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg has a lot of benefits, but I feel that the benefit that gives me a huge value is security. I got the feeling that when my users use multi-factor authentication and single sign they are in a safe place.

Qualified SDK with a nice types and hooks

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer who use npm packages all the time, i can say that Fromtegg npm package has a good quality. There is a good coverage for typescript types. Nothing is missing. The hooks have good performance and the subscription functions works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the SDK is perfect in my opinion, i feel like they can improve their changelog. Sometimes there is unnecessary information. The changelog should include only the data that is relevant for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides me a qualified SDK with all what I need as a react developer. From hooks, through types and subscriptions to the store itself. This is a great initiative.

Development cycle is fast and easy with Frontegg

What do you like best about the product?
With Frontegg my development cycle is fast and easy. When I need to add a new feature of Frontegg I just need to read about it in the changelog or release notes and then integrate it by looking on the code examples they provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to use the NextJS SDK. I'm using NextJS 12. Frontegg has an SDK that supports this old version of NextJS. I had to talk with support to understand how to do it. Then they clarified the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implemeneting login, logout, registration and password reset, email customizations and so on is a huge effort. Frontegg saves my time by doint it for me. They do it and just give me the key to use a very nice platform with a lot of features.

What do you like best about the product?
With Frontegg I can send notifications and alrets to my users. I can customize emails and messages delivered to my users without any big effort. It's efficient and valuable. I'm

The disadvantage of using Frontegg is missing translations. Frontegg is available only in English while other platforms in the market provide more than one language. It's not a blocker but it can be nice to have more languages. Also for documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing emails is valuable for us. Before using Frontegg we didn't have this feature. Our users weren't aware that we switch to Frontegg. It was easy and this is an improvement to our system.
