Great reporting and time tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s ease of use and incredible reporting toold

The integration with other tools is not always fast. I’d love to use it separately from my CRM tool.

3rd party integrations with talk desk is great.

They dont have a mobile app and it is , hard to sync with Google

I love how Playvox keeps up with my schedule. It's very useful, when I forgot about my break and lunch times.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me remeber the times and breaks that have through out the day so i check it multiple times while working through out the day!

Its in military time but i still undestand the times.

My playvox is letting me know what my schedule is and allowing me to put in overtime. check my scores etc.

What I believe I like more about Playvox is that it tells you the exact time you go to break and lunch and doesn't miss a minute

That sometimes when I'm in a call it doesn't change the time of lunch and break

Is solving the way I manage my schedule because I am able to see with a head of time when my next break, lunch or if any schedule changes it lets me know with ahead of time.
