What do you like best about the product?
- Storing all our contracts in one tool
- Keeping track of all our SaaS contracts renewals and savings
- Saving time and money with the help for negotiations and the benchmarking done by Vertice team

After almost a year of collaboration with Vertice, I haven't noted anything I dislike about Vertice!

No nonsense approach to SaaS cost savings

What do you like best about the product?
I've historically been sceptical of procurement platforms, having had mixed results. Vertice is the exception. The onboarding process was easy and completed in a week. We now have a dedicated customer success and purchasing manager guiding us with all our contract negotiations. Within three months, the platform paid for its first year, allowing me to sleep better at night knowing that we have a process in place to provide the best pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current version of the product doesn't yet support customised workflows, but this feature is being rolled out this year. The usage stats also aren't always accurate as they rely on SSO logins, which don't always reflect the actual software usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform and service provide an ongoing process for contract renewals, benchmarking against pricing and calibration against competitor SaaS vendors.

- The relationship with our SAAS Vendor does take abit of a knock, but its understandable

Vertice does what it says

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was fairly straightforward and allowed us to transition our SaaS data from google sheets and folders into the platform for a clear and easy overview of all our SaaS.
As a company of around 100 employees, we did not have the in-house capability to benchmark and negotiate our own contracts for maximum benefit. Within 6 months Vertice have been able to deliver savings in excess of the cost of their service, while also offering us insight into new purchases and alternatives that we consider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that we have yet encountered, perhaps for an organsation our size the platform and people do what they say they will and thats all we really need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benchmarking our SaaS spend against similar customers and allowing us to maximise what we get for each SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has a comprehensive set of SaaS procurement services which allowed us to centralized our vendors and contracts, control where we are and then Vertice could take over and manage our new contracts and renewals very easily. The customer service is also tremendous and meets with us regularly to give updates and help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every contract can be negotiated by Vertice but still having the centralized portal was a big help to have one place where we could see upcoming contracts and get information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not a large procurement team and we lack knowledge and expertise on SaaS contracts and pricing. Vertice has more insights into pricing and has offloaded time from us working with vendors to negotiate.

What do you like best about the product?
They are extremely helpful and successful when negotiating pricing with different Saas providers. Their communication is always efficient with regular messages and meetings as well as QBR meetings. Our account manager Kristina is always hands-on and is supportive and helpful with the service she provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many downsides as of yet. For the most part, they have provided an excellent service with proven results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us reduce the amount we pay for our Saas products. Additionally, they have assisted us in finding different applications for cheaper and better features.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
From the onset of our collaboration, Vertice has consistently delivered outstanding service that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Their team of professionals, led by the diligent efforts of Gabriela Cangas and Keshav Pillai, has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex negotiations and secure favorable terms that benefit our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our solutions are transversal to our aourganization so in terms of monitoring the cost and budget per deparment it would be usefull if we can split a contract cost into different areas so we can see on the dashboard the complete cost generated by a single department accross all our contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract renewal time and cost reduction. This summarizes the most important value provided by Vertice. Now we are getting better savings in our contracts and my team spends less time manging all the renewals with all our multiple SaaS vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, professional, you can leave it in their hands and trust that your SaaS will be renewed correctly. I use it daily and the integration with the applications is great, allowing you to see the licensing usage per user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management platform, still in the process of improvement, especially in the management of departments and users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the only drawbacks I find are that the minimum amount to negotiate is 5k, although we have known this since we started working together. Likewise, there is little SaaS that falls within that category, so the impact is minimal. Even so, it keeps us active with the small providers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a pleasure working with our contact person at Vertice. I always get support timely and receive better offers from the suppliers with Vertice's involvement. This gives me peace-of-mind that we are getting the best offer possible from whatever tools we purchase. I also appreciate the flexibility Vertice offers to meet our tight timeline sometimes, which enables me to deliver business-critical projects ontime.
What do you dislike about the product?
When planning a new project that needs new tools, I would need to factor in 1-2 months leadtime to involve Vertice in the purchase, which can delay the launch of some projects. Vertice seems to undestand this challenge well so they have been trying to meet our deadline when possible.

Vertice helps us get better offers from potential SaaS suppliers.
