What do you dislike about the product?
Though level access is far better than its peers in terms of enterprise offerings, yet there are few enhancements which could be done like - I would not refer this as a dislike though but a limitation which should be overcome:
- Improved WCAG coverage from current 40%+ to higher coverage.
- Simple and user friendly reporting. The current reports are not very intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level access "AMP" is helping us comply to enterprise accessibility compliance requirements and mitigate any associated risks of non-compliance. Level access helps in validating WCAG requirements as part of CI process by using continuum, there by reducing the need for manual intervention. The access assistant plugin also benefits the developers in validating the WCAG requirements even before deploying the code on web servers.
Good Product, not so great account management
What do you like best about the product?
Amp platform is reliable & helps execute both manual & automated accessibility tests with good reporting abilities. Platform offered capabilties to cover good number of aspects of accessibility tests with options to review against various ADA compliance levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily the platform itself, but the way Level Access works with you. While we used them for multiple years, in the recent past they did not honor a signed contract & they just went dark with no responses to emails / communication. Poor experience in the recent past working with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping review web applications / websites built to stay compliant with ADA
Level Access Platform
What do you like best about the product?
One-stop location for results of Level Access accessibility evaluations and scans, remediation projects and tasks, training resources, and more. The company is continuing to innovate on the platform as a hub for accessibility testing, results, and other assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a great deal of information to sift through, and it can be challenging to find the specific item you are looking for. Also, the Level Access support ticketing system is not integrated into the platform and requires a separate login. Finally, it would be good for the platform to have integrations with additional profject management, tracking, and workflow systems like Gitlab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a hub for accessibility evaluation and scan results with links to valuable training resources.
Excellent team, service, and knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the team, first & foremost. Excellent folks with a great vision – both strategic & practical. The tools for reviewing, reporting, and resolving issues are very good. The support for design & dev is very good. They additionally have helped with our VPATs also, which has been a big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only qualm I've had is the consistency of the feedback in some reviews, which is probably to be expected. Where one review may call out one issue, the next may call out another issue the first reviewer didn't catch. This may be due to the fact that standards have changed internally or externally however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help keep our teams, products and standards aligned with accessibility standards.
Professional and responsive

All the information and suggestion for remediation are very clear. Lucie and Ian from Level Access Accessibility team are especially friendly and helpful!

There is additional licensing required for Jira integration.

We have customer engagements that require WCAG complaince and VPAT documentation.
Overly complex UX
What do you like best about the product?
Automated scans and ability to review manual evaluations
What do you dislike about the product?
New UX is awful and difficult to find what I am looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying accessibility issues with our software and preparation for a VPAT
Solid information / "play with it to understand it"
What do you like best about the product?
The information provided was in priority order in a few of the reports. This was based on the LA scoring almagation matrix. This helped us determine the quickest way to correct issues and get "the biggest bang for our development buck".
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself was not as intuitive as I'd have liked. I was able to determine some things, but had to ask questions on how to find other things. Sometime technology dictates how the interface is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the platform to determine and track 508 Compliance violations our website contained.
