Great AMP UX Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access maintains an easy and straightforward UX experience that is interactive and is transparent in terms of displaying key metrics of the audit of a given platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides to using AMP. The only aspect that is a momentary obstacle is logging into the application for the first time; a user will likely need a brief orientation of the various functionalities of AMP before the user can proceed with full utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to improve our accessibility issues stemming from the WCAG of our company's platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
N/A
Very well received by leaders needing to understand what their compliance level is.
What do you like best about the product?
viewing the scores and what the specific areas that need remediation are. the ability for product teams to prioritize what to work on based on severity is extremely helpful and significantly reduces the support time needed from my team
What do you dislike about the product?
users cant just jump in to use without some sort of training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're attempting to reach level of compliance with WCAG to meet a settlement term as well as to understand where the gaps of additional products are in reaching compliance. the ability to report scores has been instrumental in providing a level of understanding to senior leadership. product team leaders are able to use this to plan work and address specific issues. its also important for teams to be self serving and this tool allows teams to make informed decisions
A cost effective essential service that mitigates a significant risk to your business.

The team from Level Access was informative and provided tools and guidance to ensure WCAG compliance.

Best in-depth tool for automated testing!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive design of the AMP tool. It makes it easy to use and train others. Additionally, the in-depth testing is probably the most thorough I have seen in terms of automated testing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the confusing way it is related to the WCAG 2.0 paths. I know you can find each of the AMP testing criteria under each WCAG 2.0 level. However, it appears that some of the AMP testing criteria duplicate under multiple WCAG 2.0 levels, which causes confusion as we are trying to fix the issues to improve the AMP score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving section 508 violations with land management apps for the Forest Service. Through the use of AMP, we have been able to identify training for gaps of knowledge within our team, organize testing work, and document testing results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the WCAG 2.0 standards and then take the DHS trusted tester training. From there, how to use AMP first then plan your testing organization by all elements present on the page, not just the whole page. This way, you'll be able to reduce redundancies by testing certain elements once and then testing by page only when you need to.
Achieve your compliance goals!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent cloud based platform to provide digital accessibility compliance for any products or services. The best thing about “Essential Accessibility” is its reliability over any other plug ins or open source tools that do not provide the 100% accessibility goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very powerful platform but still needs to be in buzz so that more and more companies are aware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve all the potential accessibility issues that can be a hurdle in achieving compliance goals for hospital & healthcare website. The best part are the reliable results.
Outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the support. If I had any questions their team would answer quickly, and even provide examples on how to code the content properly. I learned a lot. They were very good at organizing the entire process making my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. The whole process was very easy to use once you got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Menu Structures, buttons, select forms. We had a lot of fancy looking forms and buttons and I had never once thought of accessibility. It was cool to learn that going back to the very basics (simple buttons, form inputs etc.) made sites more accessible.
Easy to work with, Maintain compliance, Quick Turnaround
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Level Access are extremely down-to-earth and understand the business dynamics, needs and strategies. Even with urgent situations or simple quick test, the team is easy to work with meeting deadlines, answering questions about changes in regulations or how they can meet the needs of the business. We have been able to achieve and maintain compliance with the help of the Level Access team and with the automated scans on the site - as it is easy to review site metrics and apply the recommendations to our site. When we do work with the team on a project the turn around time is relatively quick, and we are able to meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our biggest challenges is articulating to our developers compliance standards - however, over the past few years this has evolved as we worked with Level Access and it has improved in the way the reporting is displayed and conveyed for a developer. An example is the reporting has improved tremendously on the dashboard and an entire report can be viewed or downloaded - We really improvement and appreciate the granularity in reporting and metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have any at this time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When overviewing other vendors, ensure they have a team of people who have the expertise in all areas, including training, coding, up-to date accessibility versioning, manual and automated testing and developing organizational policies.
