System of Record and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, Easy to understand. Outstanding dashboards from where you can drill down into Assets, Violations and Recommendations
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very powerful tool where it provides several alternaties as recommendatios to each violation. Would be good to rank them by priority
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AMP for our internal audits on digital accessability and it is helping us in maintaining the record and in publishing VPAT for customers

What do you like best about the product?
The Level Access team has been highly responsive to our requests for their subject matter expertise support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes of the Level Access Team.

We leverage the Level Access Team capabilities to support us along our accessibility journey.

What do you like best about the product?
- Issue categories with a good document which help to fix that issue

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike which has been solved.
Example - ref links provided in each issues list are not clickable, and we need to copy and paste. But now it is available.
And very impressed by how seriously they look for user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disabilities act issues, trying to make the disabilities friendly website.
Benefits - this year, somebody tried to sue us two times, but EA helped us gather the evidence and help to prove to us we are a11y website.

Working with Essential Accessibility re: ADA compliance for website
What do you like best about the product?
The organization is vested in helping us as their client, they make great efforts to ensure that our needs are met and issues understood. Good service. I don't know how they compare to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool used for reports, scans, and a central repository is OK but has some room to evolve and improve to help keep things a bit more organized and easier to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify and priroritizing issues for resolution - both via manual review and automated scans

What do you like best about the product?
You have a personal success manager that will go over everything with you. Everything is explained to you as you go along thru the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! You can setup meetings, and there is a lot to do, but they are there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used other accessibility products and eSSENTIAL goes above and beyond.

What do you like best about the product?
Depth of knowledge in the area of digital accessibility, responsiveness to questions, flexibility when working with dynamic projects and their eagerness to provide proactive tools and knowledge to have us build accessibility into our development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered no downsides in our relationship with eSSENTIAL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to ensure our digital properties provide ease of use to those with special needs and disabilities.
Can't say enough about eSSENTIAL Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
Their partnership, from the beginning eA worked to augment our team, support our efforts and find new ways to inform staff about the importance of accessibility. They've stood out above the rest in the way they really take time to care about the people inside, and around the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there's been a downside. I think it is important to have an expectation of what you want out of the engagement, to provide direction, and I could see if our team didn't approach with a plan of action it may have been difficult to find direction. But that's not any problem from their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through eA, we've been able to make our websites more accessible, and change mindsets around the importance and actions to create accessibly. We have been able to remediate non-compliant assets with them, and found that through working with them as a partner our design functions have improved greatly.
Essential Accessibility for AODA
What do you like best about the product?
They have the tools we need in order to comply with AODA. We use their services for external websites and apps as well as internal intranets and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring our Applications and websites meet AODA compliance. With EA we can meet our legal requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
eSSENTIAL Accessibility is responsive, informative & accountable. We've found their expertise and insights useful & easy-to-navigate. The eA dashboard is extremely helpful & user-friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we've no qualms about our relationship with eA to date. If anything, it's generally difficult to navigate the complexities and terminology of ADA compliance, but the eA team does their best to make this digestible for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use eA to proactively identify and manage ADA compliance issues. We rely on their automated and manual assessments to improve *all* users' experience with our website.
Knowledgeable, Responsive, and Professional Team
What do you like best about the product?
The team has been accommodating and timely in their support and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remediation process has been challenging at times - redirection of working with support and not our dedicated team has caused confusion and delays.
