My experience has been great overall, very professional and courteous.
What do you like best about the product?
They really know their stuff, and you can ask them anything along the way for clarification or help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some inconsistent test results which amounted to using different testers and checklists or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping those that couldn't use our web application before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They are great and super knowledgable, just reach out to them if you have questions along the way.
Our training was a while ago, but here's what I can remember
What do you like best about the product?
The trainer was engaging and pleasant to interact with. I think her name may have been Sheila? OK, Kayla, maybe,
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, this is not Level Access' fault, but between the first and second training sessions, the trainer's mother passed away. And it seemed there was a scramble on the Level Access end of things to find someone to pick up the slack. The second class happened when it was supposed to, but the guy didn't really seem prepared, and it was only a Q&A. I think there was a vague promise to have a proper second class, and that never materialized. A better option would have been to reschedule the second class, giving more time for Level Access to find a fully prepared replacement trainer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving any problems with AMP, as I'm a technical writer. I don't do any development or testing. Having had the training, though, and since we do have Alt text involved in some aspects of our software, I actually make a point of saying "Alt text is technically optional, but please do provide it." People with impairments like porn, too!
An incredible accessibility resource
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of AMP is the Access Assistant extension for Chrome. It is a convenient way to check your pages for any accessibility challenges that you missed before handing them off to QA. I like how their results show you exactly where in your code the issue resides and gives you detailed descriptions of the violation. This is the tool that I use the most. I have taken some of their AMP University courses and they are fantastic and thorough. I am hoping to try out their AccessJS analytics code in a future project.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I use Access Assistant almost daily, I often forget about the other resources they provide on their site, which is a shame because they are very useful. There is not much else to complain about their website. Their tools are visually spartan compared to some other tools like WAVE, but quick succinct feedback more important than visual design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Level Access AMP to stay up to date on Accessibility standards for web applications and check that our constantly changing websites remain accessible to everyone.
Great for check accessibility compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to check particular portions of our site individually. Particularly ARIA rules. I liked being able to run as many reports as you wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it somewhat confusing at times to figure out what the actual issue was with my sites. Most errors or issues were very straightforward, but some required deep digging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access AMP is helping us solve problems with accessibility compliance. The benefit we have realized is we're more in keeping with accessibility standards.
Level access really knows what they are doing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way their teams come together to help. We have been fortunate enough to get prompt replies to all our questions and they helped us reach our target of getting the website fully accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly the price. If they can provide or build a plan for a smaller website, it would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access helped us to make our website accessible even though the code was old. Their prompt suggestion helped us to achieve what we set out to do.
PriceSpider Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access has been excellent on scheduling bi-weekly and monthly updates to our team. They've provided us insight on how they manage our workload, debug our issues, as well as provide steps for our own team to help create solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have their training videos recorded into a repository so that our team could access their knowledge base. It's very difficult to take time out of our work schedule to attend their training sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we utilize Level Access's ADA compliance knowledge to help grow our own technology to future proof our products.

Accessibility made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Essential Accessibility is just how comprehensive their reviews and recommendations are. Instead of simply being delivered a list of issues to tackle, EA provided us with extremely clear and well-documented recommendations on exactly how to complete remediation. It made my job as a product manager a lot easier. A close second is EA's extremely responsive, smart, and friendly team. I've felt supported at every step of our relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find anything to dislike. The only item I could point to has been solved. When we first began work with Essential Accessibility, I had to manually migrate tasks over from their platform to our project management tool: Jira. However, EA now has a full integration that makes porting over tickets a cinch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with Essential Accessibility to solve accessibility challenges on our Web and Native Mobile products. By working with EA, we've been able to identify issues and implement solutions. We would never have been able to replicate internally the expertise and comprehensive testing program that EA brings to the table. EA has allowed us to dramatically improve our user experience for folks of all abilities while teaching us lessons we can take away for future features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of accessibility vendors out there. I would recommend ensuring that the company you go with has human reviewers in addition to automated testing schemes. In my experience, the difference is enormous and can make or break having a comprehensive remediation program.
Easy & very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
For newcomers who are learning accessibility testing, this tool is convenient & easy to consolidate & review all accessability issues.
Easy to communicate & triage the issues with Dev team as the issues are consolidated with severity & priority in the report.

What do you dislike about the product?
"Need review " issues & any color contrast issues are not listed along with "Confirmed violations" in the AMP reporting.Nice to have a way to filter out the issues based on seveity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is leveraging generating AMP reports to track any accessibility violations in the application.
As our application went through a web redesign, it helped the Dev team to address all confirmed violations quickly.
