What do you like best about the product?
Level Access provides a full suite of Accessibility tools that empowers us to test, remediate and make our customer experience better for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have gotten a lot of use out of the tools, and I don't have any major complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a partner to continually monitor our sites and apps for accessibility and providing tools to educate our staff on their schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Level Access provides comprehensive support for digital accessibility, they know how important it is to us and our customers, and do everything they can to help us achieve our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Access Assistant and Integration with Katalon Studio
Access Assistant and Continuum.
Katalon studio tool i used with this software.
Compare to other competitors it easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Access Assistant like feature should be available for Mobile Device,
this product will be better if we start supporting JAWS testing as well,
improvement area would be Mobile app scan with inbuilt tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility tool which covers all violations including Compliance Sheriff, ARIA, JAWS,
A single tool which satisfies requirements.
Business performance is increased

Please use this tool, we had a great experience, easy integration with various tools like Katalon Studio.

The training resources are very valuable

The visual appeal of the site could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying accessibility issues in our products and training designers, developers, and QA to know what issues to look for and how to do things "right" from the start. This is critical to us in order to meet requirements for customer contracts (e.g. with government entities). It's also the right thing to do (which helps us win customers even where it is not an obligation), because our company's purpose is to help people get jobs and help employers get the best employees -- which means we need to avoid any non job-related roadblocks that might make it more difficult for job candidate or employer.

What do you like best about the product?
AMP gives a meaningful result set, that enables our dev teams to get a clear understanding of the actions that are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
not having Org specific settings that could be adjusted by the Administrator, such as the fields to display when an excel eport is requested. each time a report is opened, by a specific person, the options need to be re-validated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized:
AMP is allowing us to share with our dev team, so that they have a clear and concise formatted report to review for outstanding WCAG issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is my personal belief that LevelAccess AMP provides a best in class offering, at the top of the scale in the WCAG space.

- eA Platform integration with Jira makes it easy to get items from the eA Dashboard into our backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish eA team would proactively check Jira Status and comments made in our Jira tickets were answered by the eA team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming ADA compliant. This will help users who have disabilities and avoid fines

Has allowed us to gain new expertise in our team

The platform changes too quickly, requiring us to relearn how to use certain features. Updates are not done seamlessly, it feels like the platform is re-architectured each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with accessibility requirements imposed by the provincial government entities. It is also allowing us to improve the user experience of our websites.

Recently I was looking to download a report from the EA Tool but the functionality was under maintenance. I contacted customer service and I got the report from the support staff the next day.
