Great Software To Test Accessibility Of Website

AMP helps keep track of my system's accessibility reporting and remediation efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to access historical reviews and to track our progress against the benchmark. The excel formatting is useful as is the ability to customize which fields of the AMP report are available within a given report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using a 10 point priority scale is a challenge with our internal ticket tracking system and the defect tracking of our clients. The severity scale is inverted (where 10 is the highest priority within AMP on a 10 point scale whereas 1 is the highest priority on a 5 point scale). Additionally, 10 (or most severe) is often used when identifying a defect that may not be a WCAG 2.1 level AA non-interference item while the highest priority is reserved in our system only for those 4 categories of defect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AMP provides a common interface that can support the assessors of our systems and the consumers of the results of those systems without the need to grant Level Access users access within our internal systems.
