What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for Accessibility testing for various platforms such as Windows, mobile apps, and Mac OS.
We get to list all the issues in a particular set.

The knowledge of the issues for a fresher-in Accessibility, it takes time to have a hands-on for the fresh users.
Issues are presented in a difficult way for the testers to understand who have been working only on WCAG principle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping organizations or digital businesses to make their site ADA compliant.
The bugs are presented in a systematic manner for the testers to report.

Difficult to differentiate the group of issues falls under similar issue name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to track the issues. We can categorized the issue at one place, which make easy for user to do review.
Good for maintaining detailed report
What do you like best about the product?
The most thing i liked about the platform is that we can do automated testing and keep the report using a single product. The automated results are pretty accurate and helps in maintaining detailed and lengthy bug reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty tough initially to understand. After using for a while we get used to the UI hence a more compatiable and reliable UI or shortcuts is needed to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the the automation and bug tracking issues within the industry and at current they are doing pretty great with it. It also solves the QA problems for checking of bugs

What do you like best about the product?
Our client liaisons are excellent. Response time and interest in our product are both highly appreciated. Our onboarding was well executed and I've felt confident navigating the platform ever since. The action items we receive back are delivered in a clear and digestible way, which makes remediation easy. This is a knowledgeable team, and they're a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to deliver fewer screens at a time for testing would be nice. Being able to pay for different sized 'bundles' would help us get our screens out for testing within the same timeframe as our release cycle. We are a small, agile team and our app is always evolving, so sending 50 screens at once is tricky and not particularly efficient for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ADA Compliance. We wish to ultimately have an accessible site and mobile app, and Level Access is helping us achieve that goal.

It supports Both Manual and Automated scan

I think the GUI would have been better for the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved multiple web accessibility issues found in the applications and we are delighted to support WCAG guidelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally doesnt have much drawbacks to list out. Few minor things which I faced was
- Scanning a section of page was bit hard for people from non development background.

- Converting a legacy application to a 508c complaint one.
- Many violations on the table - regarding row header, column header and associations

What do you like best about the product?
The detail it provides is invaluable for developers. It also is convenient to have non-developers able to access and view the deficiencies along with helpful tips
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is not always intuitive - for example, I have trouble adding "assets" to user accounts so that people can view the audit results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us become accessible right now. I anticipate using it to form a world-class experience

Quick, easy, access to the documents that have been prepared from our testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working/drilling, through the documents trying to find a correlation between the violations and a remediation plan.

It is helping us manage our compliance and remediation roadmap.
