What do you like best about the product?
The Accessibility tool offered through Level Access has become an essential asset for our development team. What I appreciate most is its seamless integration into our workflow, enabling automated accessibility testing directly within our web development process. It provides clear, actionable insights that help our developers identify and resolve accessibility issues early, ensuring our digital products are inclusive and compliant. The platform’s intuitive interface and robust reporting features make it easy to track progress and maintain high accessibility standards across projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, there are a few areas for improvement. First, the application is only available in English, which can be a barrier for our primarily French-speaking team. Having access to the platform and training materials in French would significantly improve adoption and usability. Additionally, the onboarding experience could be more intuitive for teams new to accessibility standards. More contextual guidance or interactive tutorials would help new users get up to speed faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Level Access Accessibility Platform helps us address a critical challenge: ensuring our digital products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, without slowing down our development process. For our team, the platform solves the problem of manual, time-consuming accessibility testing by offering automated tools that integrate directly into our development workflows. This allows us to catch and fix accessibility issues early, improve compliance with standards like WCAG, and ultimately deliver more inclusive web experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Level Access offers a robust suite of tools and services for managing digital accessibility in one place. The platform is especially helpful for organizations looking to proactively manage compliance with WCAG, ADA and other standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's UI can feel a bit dated and not an intuitive as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level Access address the critical issues identified as key blockers to my products accessibility globally. This has helped our teams to remediation and solve issues to ensure a better UX for all!

What do you like best about the product?
I like its robust integration with other development tools and workflows. I also like that it's an intuitive and easy-to-use platform, and that it offers detailed audits with examples that help us better understand and efficiently fix our issues.

I really liked everything about this platform. It offers great flexibility for accessibility testing, which has been a huge help and very important for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Level Access Accessibility Platform is that I am able to see all the issues/recommendations for all the content that is published. I love how easy it is to access the information and that they provide example of the fix to make it easier for our developers or non-developers to understand the review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that they can do a better job with filtering the same type of issues so that users can create user stories based on that type of violation or recommendation. Currently, when I review the violation, they are separated by a module that holds different issues or violations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By making sure they capture all violations or recommendations we can make sure our website is in compliance with ADA standards.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration works seamlessly with design tools without interrupting the workflow. I like that it helps me understand how users with different types of color blindness perceive my designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see tools for screen readers or other accessibility requirements. Sometimes it doesn't select the correct layers and therefore the correct colors, so I have to choose them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the Level Access Accessibility Platform for its ease of implementation and how its intuitive tools encourage frequent use in my design process.

everything is good, but individual designers can’t sign up directly — the platform mainly serves large enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a wide range of highly versatile tools, and the comprehensive reporting on remediation steps is clear. The interface is intuitive, integrates seamlessly, and is very useful for making websites more accessible. The dashboard is intuitive and provides clear information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to contact the agent directly, and some issues are reported to the developers. It can be difficult to diagnose which issues were automatically resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their automated tools are intuitive, helping us convey the importance of web accessibility. I found the reporting dashboard easy to understand, and it saves time and effort by automating tests. They offer a valuable, time-saving product.

Level Access makes accessibility easy to understand and stay in compliance

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have my web pages scanned for compliance and that LA makes suggestions for how to code the page to remain in compliance with legal and corporate standards. Although it is challenging to keep up with regulations and standards in the industry, I enjoy helping product owners and developers finding the requirements, scanning our digital pages to find out where we are and not in compliance, and following up to assure we have met the requirements internally and from government and industry oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a FAQ section if I have a FAQ that can be quickly answered. Also, having a tour of LA would be great so I can see what is possible in the space. It would be really great to go to an area for AA that shows what areas need to be in compliance and a checklist for me to follow to ensure my department is where is needs to be with accessibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving easy ways for disabled customers to find the answers for their needs and normalizing the website to allow these customers to access not only what they came online for but also for opportunities to indulge in the offers that are available to all customers. The screen reader functionality helps our developers figure out where there are gaps in our digital offering which leaves customers lost and not able to fully access the website's features. By having demos and reviewing the updates as a team, we get to see where we are in compliance and where we have additional work to do.
