It is a centralized platform for Checkpoint Products where you can management and access Checkpoint's different products such as Quantum firewall, Cloud guard, Harmony email and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infinity Platform is also built on top of other cloud services and is depended on it. We may face issues if any of the cloud services is affect resulting in service disruption of customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate it with the infinity play blocks and use different logic to block malicious traffic from firewall and harmony endpoint

What I like over checkpoint infinity platform best is how everything’s connected. I can manage cloud, network, and endpoint security from one place, which makes my job way easier. It is fast, reliable, and gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I’d say the interface could be a bit more intuitive.
It’s powerful, no doubt, but sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to find what I need.
Also, the learning curve can be steep for new team members more guided workflows or built in tips would help a lot.

Check Point Infinity helps us solve a few big challenges for example, managing security across different environments, staying ahead of threats, and keeping things simple for the team.
With tools like Harmony SASE, Harmony Email, and GWs, we’re able to protect users no matter where they are whether they’re working remotely, checking email, or accessing cloud apps.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Check Point Infinity is to control different tools around security over the factory. In this case, I use different features, for example, Harmony and SmartCloud One, for controlling my gateways and other tools within the Infinity service.
When I need to get into SmartOne Cloud, I use the Infinity Portal and other features. Another tool that I utilize is Harmony, which is also a Check Point tool.
When I need to use a centralized environment over my security tools, Check Point Infinity helps me manage and unify security across our cloud and on-premise environments.

It allows us to manage network, cloud, and endpoint security from a single console, which simplifies operations and improves visibility, along with threat prevention capabilities including IPS, anti-bot, Sandbox.

What needs improvement?
One area where Check Point Infinity could be improved is the user experience across its different modules. While the unified architecture is powerful, switching between dashboards or managing granular settings can sometimes feel less intuitive, especially for newer team members.
The onboarding experience for new users could be improved. While the platform is powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially when navigating between modules such as cloud security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence. A more guided setup process or contextual help within the dashboard would make it easier for new team members to get up to speed.

I would advise others looking into using Check Point Infinity to consider it because it is a great opportunity to see different tools for security in Check Point.

What I like about Checkpoint Infinity Platform is that it is centralized platform many of the checkpoint products like Harmony Endpoint, Harmony Email and Collaboration, XPR , smart-cloud management .
What do you dislike about the product?
It is mainly depended upon third party cloud infrastructure. For example if we face the outage like AWS, users may be logged out of the tenant and not able to login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage out on prem server form the cloud and push policy from anywhere. We can integrate the AIOPs and Playblocks from infinity portal with Endpoint as well as Quantum devices.

What I really like about Check Point Infinity Platform is how it simplifies everything. Instead of jumping between different tools, we get one place to manage security across the network, cloud, and endpoints. It gives us a clear view of what’s going on and helps us act fast when something looks off. It’s made our day-to-day work easier and our defenses stronger, without adding extra complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest challenge with Check Point Infinity Platform is how overwhelming it can be at first. There are a lot of tools and features to learn, and setting things up takes time. Some parts of the interface are not very intuitive, especially when managing policies across different areas. Once everything is in place, it works well but getting there is not always easy.

Infinity helps us manage security across everything in one place. It saves time, gives us better visibility, and makes it easier to stay protected without jumping between tools.

I like how you can access different platform like HEC, MDR, Playblocks and even Cloud SMS Server to push policy to the gateways.

Sometime we are getting incidents where we are not able to login to the portal.

It has solved for the problem for centralization for all of the Checkpoint products that we are using like Harmony Endpoint, HEC, Quantum cloud guard and NGFW

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Check Point Infinity is to use different applications of Check Point in cloud.
In my work, I use Check Point Infinity with a gateway in Azure, but I don't have security management. For this reason, I use the license to use the security management in Infinity Portal.
What is most valuable?
The best feature Check Point Infinity offers is Cloud Security Management. In this area, I use Quantum Security Management for excellent topics, Smart-1 Cloud.
I have a good experience with Smart-1 Cloud and Quantum Security Management because Infinity Portal is an easy and better portal.
The central features of Check Point Infinity in one portal are for me, the best topic about the Infinity Portal.
Check Point Infinity has impacted my organization positively because it is easier to control and change VPNs and other features. I use this portal and Cloud One for management, security management in any location.
It is more efficient because the portal is very intuitive. The policies in the gateway are easy to control, change, and create new policies. For us, it is the best part.
What needs improvement?
I don't know how Check Point Infinity can be improved. I am familiar with this product, but I don't really know.
Regarding the support, it is a little difficult with the documentation on the internet. The page, papers, and other documentation are more textual, and I don't have any steps with graphics or pictures.
I give it an eight because it is a better portal, but I need to create new documentation about Check Point. It's my opinion.
A small improvement is needed for Check Point Infinity that I haven't mentioned yet.

The core experience is great, but when I need to dig into more advanced settings or find specific documentation, it can take longer than expected. Also, depending on the licensing and setup, costs can add up quickly especially if you're scaling across multiple environments. It’s not a dealbreaker, but there’s definitely room to make things smoother and more transparent.

I can manage devices, monitor alerts, and adjust policies from wherever I am, which makes my work much more flexible. Before using it, I had to rely on multiple tools and logins to get things done. Now everything is centralized and easier to handle. It’s made a real difference in how I manage security day to day.
