Streamlining audience activation across channels
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch enabled a smooth and rapid setup of both development and production environments, with seamless integration to our datalake and efficient activation of destinations like Meta and Google Ads using first-party data. It also made audience segmentation intuitive and allowed for easy and reliable syncing of audiences to external platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual effort required to define data filters and establish a consistent naming convention for audiences highlighted a need for more automation and collaborative features within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch effectively solved the challenge of activating customer audiences across marketing platforms by enabling a direct and automated sync from Databricks to Meta and Google Ads, eliminating the need for manual data exports and reducing time-to-market for campaign execution.

Hightouch solves syncing data from our warehouse to tools (CRM, marketing, GTM, etc.) automatically and in real‑time.
It empowers marketing to self‑serve, saves engineers time, and also ensures data consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Hightouch makes it to connect data across different sources in order to complete analyses and uncover insights. I also like how intuitive the system is to use to set up things like error flagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages could be more descriptive to understand what issues are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allows us to integrate data across a disparate set of sources so we can perform deep analyses even when information is not in formats that traditionally link with one another.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hightouch for over a year now, and it’s become the easiest part of my day.
Initial setup and day to day runs are super intuitive. I was able to connect Hightouch to Snowflake warehouse in under five minutes—no hoops, no hidden configs. The UI is the best part of this tool - It is super intuitive: models and syncs are laid out in a way that just makes sense, and I never feel lost clicking around.
Whenever a sync hiccups, the “Errored Rows” page is a lifesaver. I can see exactly which records failed and why, fix them in my source. Plus, the built‑in charts give me a quick pulse on how things are running—sync durations, MQR (monthly queried rows), usage trends.
What I love most:

The pricing of the product should be more transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were maintaining homegrown cron jobs and scripts just to push Snowflake data into apps—every tiny schema change meant diving back into code, and failures stayed hidden until a sales rep noticed stale data. Hightouch replaces all of that with a simple, no‑code UI. Now our reverse ETL is bulletproof, and our teams get fresh data without ever opening a script.
Great ETL tool that helps us with our data pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
After using various other tools we settled with Hightouch which makes our lives easier syncing data between our various software applications. Ease of use and easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error messages are hard to understand especially when we tried to sync data from Snowflake to Salesforce. This was a bug though which Hightouch fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that our data is updated from Snowflake to various other applications. Automatically creates records for our team to use that saves them time.

No Longer Wait for Dev Hours to Deliver Personalized Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has allowed the Marketing and Data teams to deliver composable and managed data back into third party ads platforms: delivering personalized and well targeted campaigns quickly. Prior to Hightouch, the Marketing team had to advocate for Dev hours in a prioritization meeting to implement any first party data share. This was very difficult and often resulted in implementations that worked initially but were not managed by the Dev team and would eventually break.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Hightouch is the debugging process for the http request connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helps us better leverage first party data outside of our data warehouse and back into our marketing tools. It has allowed the Marketing team to deliver results through the death of pixel based tracking without the help of the Dev team.
