Huge time saver for our teams!

What do you like best about the product?
We just completed quite a complex integration between a legacy ERP and Shopify Plus using Patchworks and it saved us a huge amount of time on the project. We had a site on Shopify with 7 instances and instead of having to write 7 different integrations, we could write one and share it across each stores. The beauty is, when we update one instance of the integration, all the others get updated!

The UI is really easy to use and makes finding things really easy. The run logs are super useful in being able to debug your flows and there's a range of pre-built shapes you can use to help build out your flows.

We got up and running really quickly with the pre-built Shopify connector which had all the endpoints available to us and when we needed a new connector creating for our legacy ERP, the Patchworks team created it for us!

Overall the best thing I can say about Patchworks is the support we've receieved throughout our project. We were stuck on an issue and couldn't figure out where the problem was - we jumped on a call with their support team and it was solved in half an hour!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is low code / no code, if you need to do any complex stuff then you still need a developer to write custom scripts, as was our case. However the script engine lets you use whichever language you like which is super helpful.

I'd say that if you have a really straightforward integration between two platforms, most people could use the platform with a bit of training but if you need anything custom or complex, you will need a developer. That's not a Patchworks issue really as it can't write code for you but it's to bear in mind that if you have a complex integration to work on, Patchworks isn't a silver bullet but it will help you in so many other areas.

Roadmap suggestion for the PW team - integrate AI to write code for you, then it would truly be no code/lo-code!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing complexity of integrations, providing us with a solid base to work from and stops us having to reinvent the wheel when integrations already exist.

Massive time saver for us on projects!

What do you like best about the product?
We work with patchworks on a number of projects and it's brilliant to have a parnter iPaas that works for even the most complex process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly find working with the team very easy in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients use patchworks to connect their SHOPLINE system to mostly downstream tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup integrations with a BigCommerce and varitey of different solutions. Continous updates with new tech partners. User friendly for non technical users, which makes implementation a lot more simipler. Great customer service when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their UI could use some minor improvements, but nothing major

Connecting/ mapping multiple solutions, without having to custom build each of the integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Patchworks empowers our customers by simplifying integrations and maintaing connections with 3rd party systems. Rapdily reducing the time to value by allowing non-technical users to create process flows and do away with point to point vendor specific apps.

Using the Patchworks integration platform as a service (iPaaS) not only saves time, it also reduces implementation costs and ongoing maintaince fees.

Our customers can use Patchworks to automate and manage the flow of data across their entire ecosystem and support any type of integration scenario, not matter how complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Patchworks platform is too simple to use, therefore making it hard to charge customers for what would otherwise be complex integrations projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting 3rd party Seller data to Operator platforms, allowing for rapid onbaording and simple data transfer

What do you like best about the product?
Instead of having to code everything from scratch, the systems provides so much out of the box. It allows smooth and smart integration builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newer connectors do require extra testing but Patchworks provides resource and support to upskill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patchworks allows me to integrate many systems without having to code from scratch. It allows me to deliver on time and provide more complex solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Run Logs with lots of details and payload info. A large selection of Connectors and Shapes to model even the most complex process. The use of Flow version control making it easy for rollback and track changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. They even have up to date documentation and real usful release notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting ecom platform with multiple partnerships, 3PL and internal systems. Decoupling system dependency and making it quick and easy for rapid change to expand partnership deals and market changes.

Not necessarily on patchworks but often iPaas solutions can be forgotten in TCO calculations.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to use and configure with great technical support from Patchworks themselves but also their strong services partners. Competitively priced it takes away integration headaches with ease with a compelling ROI. I thoroughly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few in honesty. They are commercially astute and reasonable snd are willing to live flexible to make the commercials work for both parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patchworks now allow the organisation to resell their capabilities thus providing just one contract and one joined up solution for the client taking off the table any integration challenges and requirements.
