Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Patchworks offers a single Enterprise Plan billed as a contract. You commit to one plan that includes 1,000,000 operations per month and unlimited users. Pricing is set at the plan level, not per user, so adding team members does not change your cost. Your monthly operation allowance defines the volume of integration activity you can run. This is one fixed option rather than a set of scaling tiers or add-ons.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one operation toward the 1,000,000 monthly limit?
An operation is a unit of integration activity your process flows run each month. Data moving between your connected systems consumes operations as it flows through Patchworks. Your plan includes 1,000,000 such operations per month. The pricing table does not define what triggers each operation, so confirm exact counting rules with the vendor.
What happens if my usage passes 1,000,000 operations in a month?
The plan includes 1,000,000 operations per month as your allowance. The marketplace data does not state how activity beyond that amount is handled or billed. To learn whether overages are throttled, charged, or capped, contact the vendor directly for details on exceeding the monthly limit.
Does adding more users increase my cost under this plan?
No. The Enterprise Plan includes unlimited users at the plan level. Cost is tied to your monthly operation allowance, not to headcount. You can add team members and assign roles and permissions without changing your price. Only integration activity, measured in operations, drives what the plan covers.

Refreshing Visibility and Easy Drag-and-Drop Integrations

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from using flat CSV files for integrations, having clear visibility into the data flows, the ability to review payloads, and receiving error alerts when something goes wrong has been completely refreshing. Although our flows were built by a Patchworks Partner, the platform is still very easy to understand. The drag-and-drop interface has made it straightforward for me to learn the environment and even start creating some of my own flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Process Flow Run Logs are extensive, but they can be a bit confusing. Having the ability to search payloads would make it easier to isolate the data that’s causing problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patchworks has, from the outset, enabled us to integrate seamlessly between Shopify and our 3PL partner. This is the first step in a broader project in which Patchworks will connect our entire tech stack, giving us improved visibility and stronger performance across all the essential inter-system data flows.

Easy-to-Use Automation for everyone in the Organization
Reviewed on May 26, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have a solid foundation in place and your connectors set up, it can be used by many people across the organization. The interface is easy to understand for users with different levels of technical skill, and the flows are straightforward to build and follow thanks to the available shapes. Patchworks unlocks more people in the organization to automate tasks and can probably support and interface with most of the tools in use by the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s some initial setup required to get started, and a few things can only be solved with scripts (and therefore a developer). That said, with today’s AI tools, this has become much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patchworks, as middleware that connects many tools, has unlocked the ability to centrally automate, connect, and transform data between different pieces of software in our tech stack. And it’s not just for developers. Anything with an API, once it’s set up, can then be reused by others simply by working with the shapes in a Flow. Especially with the support of AI, this unlocks a level of productivity for some employees that wasn’t possible before.
