What do you like best about the product?
Spendbase efficiently tracks and manages the multitude of our subscriptions, helping to reduce unnecessary spending. What I like the most are insights into software usage. It gives you an insight into who can be removed from the system to free up a seat for others

There is nothing to add. I haven't mentioned any critical bugs

Simplicity is the key thing I like. The platform is super user-friendly and very intuitive. I was concerned about getting used to Spendbase but it took a few days for my teammates to figure everything out

I would like to have more customizable dashboards, but honestly, it's not a big deal

The marketing team has the most enormous tech stack in the company. It's dozens of tools just for several people. On an everyday basis, we use Notion, Slack, ClickUp, MailChimp, Ahrefs, and so on. But besides, we always try something new for creative tasks like content creation. It's impossible to control every free trial and every paid subscription to software. That's why we needed a platform to collect all that data (not just a spreadsheet)
