We no longer need to spend time trying to get vendor discounts

There is nothing to dislike about. Absolutely satisfied with the collaboration

We have been trying to get software discounts for months but haven't gotten any results. It only seemed like an easy process, but it turned out it was not. Fortunately, Spendbase took all the responsibility for getting SaaS cheaper for us. And now we save tons of money just like we wanted

It’s not just individual licenses you should be optimizing. It’s also your SaaS stack as a whole. As your business scales, you will almost certainly see cases of redundant and duplicate applications — SaaS tools with overlapping features or cases where multiple teams or employees are subscribed to the same software independently. Spendbase provides insight into our spending across all organization, allowing us to cut back on shadow spend and get ahead of renewals.

Spendbase not only can get you a discount on any software you want but also offers pre-packaged SaaS deals on their marketplace which is very convenient.

So far we have not faced any difficulties. Overall, Spendbase is an exceptional tool for SaaS and vendor management.

Buying software was a really complex process for our team. So freeing our time for things that matter by letting Spendbase handle the negotiations was an amazing deal. By outsourcing our vendor management, we don't have to deal with many invoices and order forms, just one. Spendbase saved over $20k literally without our participation.

Vendors know more than you do. The specialist knowledge and standards determining the actual cost of software are often unavailable to many software buyers.

Nothing. It’s awesome to have buyer’s negotiation leverage.

I felt that our IT team worked in their own little bubble, which made it tough to share info and make good decisions. They didn't have the right data for software comparison. Also, our buying processes weren't systematized, making negotiations a big headache. Spendbase solved all these problems. Their vendor management lets us access the best value deals and customer terms for SaaS.

Our software is dynamic. Prices, features, renewals, and the number of seats you need for your team can shift rapidly, making it difficult to determine if you’re buying the right tool, let alone paying a fair price. Spendbase's high-quality vendor management has proven itself as one of the most effective on the market. We got really nice discounts on AWS and Atlassian.
