What do you like best about the product?
The vendor managers are the best! They helped us significantly optimize our spending and eliminate unused licenses on software. Also, the customer success is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't mention any significant bags on the Platform. Still, there's always room for improvement, especially in board customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to a lack of internal expertise, we needed assistance in structuring our software usage. The team aimed to eliminate the chaos surrounding licenses and consolidate all information in one place. We spent thousands of dollars because we weren't collecting data properly; this led to purchasing unused licenses and unnecessary tools that nobody used. Now, no subscription is bought without consulting the team, and every dollar is accounted for.
The new Procurement feature is a great addition to the previous functions
What do you like best about the product?
Spendbase added the new procurement functions, which I really liked because they are simple to use, and I didn't need the onboarding. They cover all my minimal needs of creating the workflows, adding approvals, and receiving email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the Spendbase platform. And if I have, the customer success team is always ready to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Spendbase, we didn't have the clear flow for software procurement. Nobody understood who the approvals are, what are spending etc. Now, we have boards with analysis, actual and predicted spendings. The software purchasing is under control now.

Adding a new service process is a little bit tough; it takes a long time and a lot of effort. But still working

Now I can monitor the software usage by departments and see how many resources each of them needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one stop for monitoring the software expenses - no need to gather info or login details for the expenses reporting - I understand who uses what from the team, which helps to gauge the usefullnes of certain software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any negatives at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with numerous expenses coming from tons of software we use for running the agency. Lots of them were slipping through the cracks and were getting paid for without being used. Spendbase allowed us to see the clear picture and cut our expenses significantly.

I'd like to have access to the platform on my mobile. It would be great to check all the info in the app when I don't have my laptop with me.

I was so tired of dealing with the mess of software licenses, subscriptions, and usage data. I needed a solution to organize all the information in one place as soon as possible. Spendbase helped me solve this problem quickly. Now, I don't panic when I need to find details about a vendor.

I always use spreadsheets, but it's not a perfect solution for spend management. I have to update sheets manually, and it takes tons of time. Spendbase helps me get rid of this and allows me to spend my time more effectively.
