FINALLY I found a Spend management tool that matches all needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Spendbase optimized license’s procurement. Now we have all the info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a concern that our finance department might get used to a new platform for a long time, but actually it was a few days. Very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got rid of the procurement burden of our finance department and now that part is on Spendbase. By that, our team can be focused on more strategic goals.

It wasn’t hard to implement Spendbase to all the processes we had in our company. Everything works well.

Miss the mobile app, it would be great to have one. But the laptop version is gexcellent

I constantly need to track all the software spending of a company. Previously I was doing it in spreadsheets, but it’s really inconvenient. Spendbase is a wonderful smart alternative that matches my need to control all the numbers in a smooth platform.

Implementation time is longer than expected, but it’s totally worth it.

Luckily, Spendbase offers pre-packaged SaaS deals which is a great opportunity for us to save. Moreover, we can delegate the entire vendor management process to them to get better prices and only one invoice.

Since Spendbase handles all the vendor-related communications, the procurement is also greatly simplified. We save on both previous and new subscriptions.

I wanted to control the vendor management, and I was afraid I would have to learn the entire process since I had never used it before, but Spendbase provided a transparent flow and impressive results without my participation, so I trusted them completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first contacted Spendbase, we expected around 10% off for our cloud service, but their vendor managers got an impressive 30% discount. Since our product requires large storage, we spent a significant portion of our budget on the cloud. So the Spendbase discount was a huge surprise for us!

Spendbase has removed us from the SaaS spend black hole we’ve been in for months!

I only see benefits, and the tool continues to improve.

Before we found Spendbase, I had no idea who was using what, how much we spent, or if we even needed everything that was being used. Plus, we obviously had overlapping subscriptions. I wouldn't even know that we're using over 70 SaaS! Spendbase optimized our subscriptions, saving us much time and money.
