What do you like best about the product?
We can create tailored dialogue flows to suit specific business needs or customer queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to integrate IBM watsonx Assistant with other components
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with managing the Virtual Agents with the help of conversational AI. We can converse with the AI to manage our Agents

What do you like best about the product?
Watson assistant is generally a AI tool or you can chat botwhich gives a kind of customer support who don't want to talk to customer case executives. It is fast and mostly times gives accurate result
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike about watson assistant is afterall it's an AI, machine thing. One coule not get a feel of real customer support because at times AI fails and give vauge results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by implementing this we can get lesser customer cases and if we got a case we can see agent assistance which help us immediately give customer a solution

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly and easy use, accuracy in the responses. You don't need to have a technical profile or specialiced knowledge to take advantage of this wonderful assistant. Enhanced user experience when replacing old VIRs with a GEN AI voice assistang. Easy customization to cover different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think other techlologies like Chat GPT, Gemini or Copilot have grater market penetration and, from my point of view, Watsonx is way better. I think IBM should invest more in marketing campaigns.

Easy and quick access to enriched information

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement when you don't have a large load of technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The specific timeout feature on the webhook for the classic dialog construction which does not allow us to change the timeout causes a series of headaches we have to work around with even more code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have more than 30 clients using wx.assistant for regulatory matters.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the IBM watsonx Assistant because the solution is a conversational artificial intelligence, designed to help our customers with traditional support and offer better experiences for users. Some positive points make me like watsonx.assistant, such as the use of reliable LLMs, which allow for a more natural and accurate understanding of human language, the user interface is intuitive and facilitates the creation of chatbots, it can be easily integrated with other tools, and the 24x7 availability of Self-service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the tool daily and I can say that I don't encounter any difficulties with its use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IBM watsonx Assistant helps with repetitive tasks that could cause turnover in teams, primarily functioning as a kind of first line of support for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and simple it is to create dialogues and intentions, making changes easier. Moreover, despite being simple to create, it has various ways to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there was a lack of greater care for quality of life in the use of the assistant. Many things that could be done with two clicks end up requiring several steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help clarify the teams' questions quickly and efficiently with the virtual assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
The watsonx Assistant is a versatile tool that combines the benefits of the former watson Assistant with the latest integration and artificial intelligence capabilities. It is easy to implement and use, as the web-based creation platform is educational and the documentation for API connection and integrations is quite clear. It also has a dedicated and experienced support team that provides an extensive catalog of applicability for virtual assistants. Here, we work with the watson assistant every day, progressing in the curation of the tool and its increasingly efficient implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not identified any negative points in the watsonx assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation and monitoring of virtual assistants, from the simplest to the most complex, with integrations, APIs, and generative AI. Virtual assistants are currently dominating the market, and being able to rely on a tool with the capabilities of watsonX Assistant greatly contributes to problem-solving, answering questions, and providing clear and consistent guidance.

- Integration with Discovery, that is, Watsonx reads my knowledge base and provides insights about it

The Watsonx Assistant is bringing speed and assertiveness in responding to the user (we connect to the discovery and Watsonx reads the document, understands it, and formulates a response to the user).

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the DialogFlow tool, WatsonX's visual editor makes it easier to create a wizard. Integration with Api's is also a positive point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am still a beginner user in the testing phases of the tool, I found it a bit difficult to find support materials on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help resolve issues in a call center by automating and facilitating customer service processes.
