Review of IBM Watsonx Orchestrate
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watsonx Orchestrate is a platform for building AI assistants and agents that automate tasks and enhance the user experience.
It is very helpful in the HR Automation process for automating candidate shortlisting, Finance department for invoice follow - ups and sales team for CRM updates and meeting scheduling purposes.
Basically this is very helpful and saves time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel this is not mature as other competitors in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost if problem solving is manual, repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that IBM watsonx Orchestrate enables users to automate repetitive business tasks without writing any code. Its drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to build workflows, and the ability to integrate with popular tools like Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce adds real productivity value. It's especially useful for automating routine admin and data-gathering processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is user-friendly, the initial learning curve can be steep for non-technical users trying to build more advanced workflows. Some third-party integrations feel limited or require manual setup, and the documentation could be more detailed with practical examples

What do you like best about the product?
- The construction of conversational flows is much faster in the new version
- It has become much simpler to validate different types of user responses, with retry options and regex
- New tools for assistant version management help a lot
- The use of subactions greatly aids in the creation of reusable actions

What do you dislike about the product?
- Many error messages that are not clear
- Frequent errors and bugs with the development of actions in parallel (more than one developer working on different actions at the same time)
- Tool limitations that are not clear and visible to the developer

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not yet using the v2 action in production, but we have noticed an increase in the speed of building the conversational/transactional flows that we are migrating (from the old v1 dialog version to the new v2 action). The ability to reuse actions using the subactions function has significantly streamlined many complex flows. The new feature of user input validation has removed much of the complexity we had in replicating this behavior in the dialog version.

Mostly how is easy to start using but also how you can develop hard journeys when you learn the framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like very much how the actions have less hard features for seniors developers like manipulating objets and array or accessing the properties of confidence as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it helps us to create complex chatbots using some cool features that its easy to control de turns of users and the watson itself.

I liked the AI solutions to business problems, the way they integrated the LLM models to effectively reduce errors and can do repetitive tasks. 
Most important thing is it's low to no code interface, which I liked. It makes it easy to automate.

Flexibility towards Users point of view or perspective, like misunderstanding the user's input etc.,

Reducing manual effort is the main benefit, as it saves time, effort and money. Complex problems are simplified.

IBM watsonx Assistant helps me respond to customers faster while saving money. It also improves conversations by giving smart, accurate replies across different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeah, actually its a next step to go deep inside to resolve the problems of Businesses point of view. Automation of AI generated of using LLM model its an advancement of AI automation field.

I think be improvisation required because automation can be perofmed through UIPath also and AI addon automation part its greatful but too challanges come because every user point of view is different, but AI work on like that we can say on LLm model approach so it neglect sometimes a differeent  user point of view that think differenty and not match the criteria of LLm model ready so think about it.

Yeah, actually its improvise the quality of any business because currently market have for automation part perform through UiPath and other but AI integration is a good move, so I think it a great improvisation of business that might be helpful to reduce humans errors as well as repititive tasks quality improve and false of error might be reduce.

It's easy to use without any coding. They also have Cloud and on-premises deployment options.

Price should be more competitive according to feature provided. This is non tech feedback but website advertisment could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get rid of day to day repetaive task. The main benefit is TIME. Saved lots of time compare to before. Their AI agent chat feature is like charm. Thanks for integration as I dont need to depends on speciifc application for integration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the number of things we can do; it seems quite simple, but I still haven't seen it in practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
That still needs a technical team to do something simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
