Solid capability to bring AI value to reality
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with watsonx Orchestrate is mostly early days, I like the consistent effrt to fit into the ecosystems at it exists, versus how any one vendor . Modern SW Solutions must be part of the larger Ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting small is going to be critical. I would like some more Predefined use cases, that can be built on. ned patterns andof operation versus doing new approach learning. It could be easier to execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an insightful capability, not just another BOT or fixed function automation. I like the context management

It is very evolved, everything that was done step by step here is solved with less code or without code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ok for now, í’ve been using it for only 2 months

Supporting to customers
A one time user but with good experience in that time. What to enhance my orchestrate abilities.

The ability to create multiple agents, each equipped with its own RAG system of varying complexity, is a notable feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know it yet. Probably a lack of documentation, but not sure yet.

We need to create a agentic platform to analyse specific documents of several domains.
Fast evolving tool for business ready AI agents
What do you like best about the product?
It is a business ready Solution for building and orchestrating AI agents. It can connect to different Systems. It is evolving very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
The ADK still has some missing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool simplifies business processes for users, making them much easier to handle. I no longer need to search for information myself; instead, I can simply instruct the agent to take care of it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
WatsonX orchestrate is a plateform to orchestrate the watson assistant/discover or AI and dataservice at single pane of glass and has semless integration with various other tools and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is disappointing me. they it was working was a bit confusing.

building genai assistant for various ai use cases.

It is AI-powered. User can use it to scheduling meeting, sending emails or extracting data

Orchestrate Review
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how Orchestrate bridges and connects the developer, business user, data scientist, and project manager. Orchestrate allows for simple natural language prompt creation, click and drag skills, and also the ability to connect to prompts created in watsonx.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was high and available educational resources was low. Had to rely a lot on IBM resources and while they were incredibly helpful, it would have been better to have built-in walk through tutorials

Customer and employee issues. Routing of high volumes. Agentic frameworks and workflows
watsonx Orchestrate : Modernize and Streamline Agentic Workforce!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers features for creating and managing agents, as well as building workflows and integrating external agents. These capabilities make it easier to organize processes and connect with outside resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent changes in naming conventions, such as switching from Skills to Tools, which can be confusing. I am also hoping to see more features added in the future.

I depend on it to simplify and automate my daily operational tasks, making my workflow much more efficient.

If you need an orchestrator for a multi modal or agent environment, Orchestrate is your tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to bring together all the IBM integrations in a single platform, combined with access to an open model library and the ability to use tools available on Hugging Face.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this tool offers impressive capabilities, I would appreciate having the option to integrate closed proprietary models directly within the IDE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the capability to deploy agents that utilize our own smaller models, which are better tailored to our specific knowledge base and the language we use within our organization.
