Excellent tools to excel the skills
What do you like best about the product?
You have free tools to test, to create chatbots so many templates are available. learn data science with free services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its menu is a bit confusing, each time I log in I need to search again and again for my dashboard and my services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am learning data science and deep learning using Watson assistant
Watson is a powerful tool and simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the tool. It's very amazing feature that we can simply define the intents and entities and it makes the bot an if-else ladder.

Can be implemented in flowchart. And sometime it becomes slow. Like when I check the insights, it lags

I used it for developing a chatbot for Reservation of table at a hotel.

Some System Entities are not available in Japanese.

Some problems were encountered during the completion of the Tutorials. The support team was very helpful.

I didn't like that it has no voice input and it can not recognize voice at all. There are a few YouTube videos only.

Anyone can build the chatbot. You don't need to be a technical person.

Well, I am liking the Watson assistant. I could train the bot over time to accommodate all kind of queries.

Interesting journey so far with IBM Watson
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson allows us to quickly add intents and examples and the training happens so fast. This takes the supervised learning aspect of it to an incredible level since we wont have to wait for the AI model to learn on its own from the data that it will be getting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been really having a hard time getting our accuracy to required levels because our domain is so big and its hard to maintain the intents. Some examples are almost similar and IBM will find it hard to differentiate the input and match it to the correct intent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using IBM Watson to improve customer service by having an AI bot as the first point of call before a user has to talk directly to the agents. The benefits are that we reduce the cost which come with clients contacting the company every time for issues that can be simply provide by.

1. every small edits towords entity and intent will automatically trigger model training processing, whichi is not necessary if I need to change a series of places.

3. API documents are good in general, but really hard to find the page. and the difference between V1, V2 are confusing
