What do you like best about the product?
It’s business intelligence like how just by adding a file it give the analysis in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not for Big files and we can only work on small files with Watson.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve a lot of business problems with Watson like we can analyse the previous data and know what is the target audience, what are the loopholes and many other things.

What do you like best about the product?
I found it very beneficial and easy to use assistant model out of various options available across the board. Training the entities is really easy and handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. One feedback if the user says can be automated using NLP and AI

I am using Assistant to identify intents and entities form the user says.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience was good in general, I was able create Watson assistant service and configure in few steps, setup api and access by ibmcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, in my first time setup in Watson Assistant I feel a little lost when I was searching how to connect with my api it's not clear how to do this things unless read the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to communicate with our internal and external clients. Helpdesk for our digital products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watson assistant is a great platform for create micro interactions with your users internal or external. Create one and apply in any place where need default iterations.

The issue of customer interaction has been minimized by this Service. It solves and filters all the requirements. I am very happy that some AI is designed for these issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface for IBM Watson Assistant is very helpful. It can be easily scaled up for more complex business functions. As a developer, I found the IBM Watson APIs and development platform very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feedback loop is not very intuitive. The learning curve for this may be further simplified to cater to more wider audiences, with more focus on accessibility and human centric design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson Assistant has made it easier for me to resolve everyday mundane tasks in my business and can easily be scaled up for more challenging tasks.

Friendly UX + Cognitive motor. This cloud platform offers a simple way to develop intelligent chats as well as integrate it to the several solutions such as Facebook, AWS...
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! As a begginer in this technology, it was such an amazing experience and I really hope to work on related projects in a nearly future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an exercise, I designed a chatbot for a Vegan oriented Petshop, in order to develop FAQ through a conversation and guide the customer to the right products.

Intuitive platform. Easy to follow even if you do not have the foundation knowledge.

It solved our concerns about answering the questions accurately. It depends on what input you have given and will be the output hence, dependency relies on the developer to have best user experience.

Instructions are easy to follow but need to focus to avoid missing a step. This could impact the user experience. Test and Test your assistant!
