You should not expect it to be a siri or Google assistant . It's the tool used to design something strictly for particular use cases

What do you like best about the product?
No code environment makes Watson Assistant a go to platform to create real life like conversations in between an organization and its customers. The other aspect of IBM assistant is its minimalistic design which makes it a user friendly chatbot development framework. By utilizing the AI power of IBM Watson Assistant, you will be able to design my own chatbot without writing a single line of code within few hours. The icing on the cake was the ease of deployment, these AI driven conversational assistant can be integrated with worpress and other sites as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For starters the beginning might be a bit bumpy, however, that's been taken care off by amazing documentation and step by step tutorials put together by IBM. There is an opportunity to reduce the complexity of the IBM Assistant Documentation for the newbees to make this amazing platform sticky especially with the early adopters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Touchpoint efficacy, Customer Effort Reduction, Customer Outreach Optimization, Primariy I use IBM Watson Assistant to do POCs to show how AI driven conversational assistants can improve the brand, customer centricity and overall customer experience for an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IBM Watson Assistant is an amazing platform to create intuitive and robust conversational assistants with zero code. Its ability to integrate with website and other apps are simply astounding. For early adopters the learning curve for IBM Watson Assistant is pretty low compared to the other code heavy chatbot frameworks.

1. The tool offers a non coding way of developing a chatbot conversation .
2. It offers a good feature for training using fuzzy match and pre built domain intents, hence reducing the training effort .
3. It has good dialog tree management and allows us to write dialogs with slots and digression.

The interface has improved greatly from last version. It's intuitive and beginner friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful was the web interface which was clickable, and easy to navigate. The documentation was outdated and old which made it difficult to learn so it needs improvement. Additionally my learning style is to have YouTube videos to follow along with for visualization so that would make the product much better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be an interface to see the http responses back and forth between server and client like how BotFramework Emulator does it. Better for debugging purposes.

Customer service, help desk automation. It helped with simple FAQ questions.

Expect less documentation that say AWS.

There are many good things with the use of the bot. The way the rules are distributed, the platform is easy to learn, the support offered (if you have a premium account) is very fast and sure. In addition, possible integrations with other systems. In addition to automating processes, watson has enabled integration with our services, reduced unnecessary costs by having many attendants doing what only a robot can do in a matter of seconds and also training non-technology people to work with artificial intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that support is only better for premium accounts. I already had the experience of using a Standard and unfortunately the support was not done very quickly. This would be a point to be desired and other things could be taken into account to differentiate a premium account.

Several problems were solved with the use of the platform in our daily lives. In addition to automating processes, watson has enabled integration with our services, reduced unnecessary costs by having many attendants doing what only a robot can do in a matter of seconds and also training non-technology people to work with artificial intelligence. I believe that the easy way to move and use the watson has facilitated the process.

Using Watson Assintant is the easiest and most organized way to start a chatbot within an institution. This is because of the online support, the facilities and articles found on the website and the platform being easy to use. The use of artificial intelligence, facilities for connecting with other services and organization of flowcharts.
Wonderful conversational assistant easy to learn easy to sell
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to demonstrate this to my clients. This conversational assistant can be employed either on the website or using the voice assistant feature on a company automated assistant. The dialogue is both flexible and responsive. It is super easy to set up and the client can natively establish dialogue right from their own web page so nothing already said is not created. IYou can enter dialogue questions and natively adjust any responses and text that will be accepted.Its really easy to collaborate and communicate with clients that normally would enter repetitive questions in the phone or web queue. This automates the process of customer questions and communications to the vendor I am selling it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a downside other than certain banks that I am selling to just don't like the impersonal look of a chat bot. Visually it is a little bit blocky and it can be confusing to the user what happens when data is entered as a query and not responded to when asked. The dialogue feature does not recognize any non sensical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a product I sell so the most obvious problem I am solving is my sales pipeline stays full because this is a very new product and a great amount of customer interest has generated a full month of demonstrations and proposal. I sell this to my clients based on increasing efficiency, automating repetitive tasks and increasing customer satisfaction. This reduces repetition, increases response time and increases customer engagement. This greatly improves customer experience and makes the likelihood of sharing positive responses with the customer's network much higher.

Beauty of the this tool is combination of all the growing technology like AI, ML,NLP etc... Best part is very easy to handle data wherever and etc...

Migration process - one automated solution to other. But it not big deal when we moving to get higher benefit..
