What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use, the capabilties that have and the possibility of customizing it as you wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that customizing the chat interface is the worst characteristic of this technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is saving a lot of time inside the organizations, it reduce errors and create a more friendly envoironment for some roles.

Being able to expand the available domain and tasks associated with the daily development and integration lifecycle we expect to deeply impact our ability to sustain and stabilize integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning curve can be daunting to more junior team members. Identifying the most appropriate area to start for greatest impact to business and operations can be an area of contention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing some of the variation in task execution based on which services are available for that specific application. A unified method of integration is valuable

too much time spending on repetitive, manual tasks and switching beetween multiple apps and now i have more free time and the same job is done
It is a new tool, low code/no code ideal to start with agents

Creating agents is very straightforward, and connecting them with the current platform is also simple. This tool enables both developers and business users to design custom workflows with ease.

Technology is evolving rapidly, and this constant change can make it difficult to maintain stable processes. However, this is an issue that affects the entire industry, as all vendors' AI platforms face similar challenges.

Integrating existing systems with the agent platform has made it possible to enhance the user experience.
Built my first AI agent using IBM Watson Orchestrate
What do you like best about the product?
The process is well defined and is easy to understand and implement. By following the process you know what are the steps and by learning what each step does you can visualize the idea and start implementing. Once the agent is implemented you can chat with the assistant and get your questions answered. You can also select the AI models for your agent. I built my agent with no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just used it once, so still in learning process and too soon to answer this.

This can help me interact with the data in the database and provide valuable insights.
