I explore in using it for Creating an interactive Chatbot for my website, and it was awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The model there is easy to interact with even for beginners. Watson Assistant reduces the burden on your agents and Customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge comes when chatbot can't handle complex questions, the customers can a times be frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson Assistant has helped me to enhances customers relationship by providing adequate answers to questions and by providing availability.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that IBM Watson Assistant has come with such a structured methodology to build a chatbot is what I admire the most. The whole functionality of a chatbot is divided into intents, extents and dialogs which are easy to understand and implement. And not just the functions it provides us, but also the examples (in-built libraries) we get, even for a beginner, it is too easy to make his / her own personalized chatbot. I would also like to appreciate the fact that the Beta version which has abundant features for a basic chatbot development is offered free for the IBM Cloud users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not recognize any potential issue coming up while making a chatbot, but I may suggest to include a feature where we can save responses to particular questions in a Document, eg Word, PDF or spreadsheet. Apart from this concern, I had a great experience while working on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started building a chatbot from scratch for a company which interning for. We came up with the idea of implementing a chatbot for the company's website so as to give the people viewing the website, some more insight about the company. Also it may serve as a platform for any our customer to contact us. Any bug encountered by the user can be reported using the chatbot. Also this chatbot is being used as a sales operation for the products offered by the company. This project is still in development phase and has not been deployed on the company's website.

I would like you to work on this platform and identify the features that can be implemented to enhance the IBM Watson Assistant experience.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson Assistant is highly customizable, it uses proper dialog tree management which makes its use easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more about what incoming texts are having difficulty being mapped to an intent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson Assistant improved the use of the website that means the visitors are informed about the business, products, or services.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the context feature, jump to other nodes, synonyms suggestion in intents, etc. I liked the built-in sys.person and sys.location intelligent features the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sys.person feature is so needed for me but it's currently not probably available in the Lite mode. It can somewhat detect the name of a person. It needs some improvements for understanding human names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most engineering students remain under stress and they need person to talk but they don't get anyone. So, I've designed this chatbot assuming all the possible questions it may encounter. It can reply all the questions related to campus, teachers, students, education, job prospects, about me, about the chatbots's feature, etc.

IBM watson: A user friendly and easy to use platform for any experienced or inexperienced individual
What do you like best about the product?
There is no need of coding knowledge. The platform is very easy to understand and a detailed explanations are available in watson documentation. The try it section makes it easy to train the intents and entities. The UI is fairly modern and easily understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using IBM watson on a 13.3" screen, I faced an irritating bug. When I was creating the dialogue flow, as you move the mouse to edit a text, the size of the window changes and many times I accidentally clicked on the cross button thus deleting that particular node. Also, I wish there was dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of finding a proper books in our college library. With IBM watson, it can easily recognise what is the intent of the user and it is fairly accurate. The flowchart type design of IBM watson makes it very easy to configure the dialog flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IBM watson is a great platform if you want to implement a chatbot in your project without having much experience. If you are using IBM watson, make sure that once you write the title of your node, it is updated in the dialogue flow on the left. Many times, I was in such a hurry that I forgot to check it.
It is a great program and very easy to use.

It's easy to use, good user interface, easy to deploy on website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no down side on using Watson except for my difficulty in deploying my assistant on whatsapp. One has to use a 3rd party to deploy on whatsapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watson assistant is currently used to direct people or give contact of officers in our organization whenever they are needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be a great move and you will not regret it. It's easy to integrate to your company website and pricing is friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It was good tool in simple dash boarding and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used for very short time to be able to find dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had used Watson studio for machine learning before, it was good place which integrated multiple platform and a framework to run codes.

IBM Watson had many build in functions that made learning and understanding things easier. It easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I faced was when one of the prebuilt entities was removed and I had to replace it in the flow.
