What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson Assistant is easy to understand with the help of their great documentation. I liked how they implemented the training process and you can get it running in a very short time
What do you dislike about the product?
As for me, there are not any downsides to IBM Watson Assistant and it is better if you can add more video tutorials in several languages so that users can quickly get it running.

I built a chatbot using IBM Watson Assistant which can answer questions of users related to business.
Using a bot rather than a human is very efficient as it reduces response time a lot.

What I like best is the engine it runs on. I know the quality is the best In the market.

I would only like more video tutorials available. I find they would be extremely helpful especially when maintaining various bots.

If you want to go deep into the possibilities of Watson Assistant, then please be ready to read through documents to find your way around at times. The Watson community, forum, though is very good too.

What do you like best about the product?
With IBM Watson Assistant you can create chatbots. It's accurate, easy to use and work fast. It's one of the best tools I have ever used. And the best thing is that it was cheap!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't dislike anything about IBM Watson Assistant. As I said it's fast, easy to use, and super accurate. Since I took the IBM professional data scientist certificate, this is the best tool I have ever used!

With IBM Watson Assistant you can create something like a FAQ for your customers but a smart one. It can reduce the company support expenses by providing support for your redundant repeated questions.

We don't need to struggle in small scenario cases. It will help you out whatever you need in application. We can build more applications by using IBM Watson effectively and innovatively.

There is nothing to dislike IBM Watson. You just need to understand the flow of IBM Watson. You may struggle at initial stage but once you got expertise you will become master.

I used IBM Watson for chatbot. We can give some hordcode inputs to IBM Watson. So, we can define our application purpose, what our application users are using most of the times. We have to predict them and we have to give inputs.

It's easy to build chatbots and virtual assistants using IBM Watson assistant. The API features are very useful, also the intent recommendation is very useful and makes it the perfect tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface need a lot of improvement, it's not easy to use for first time users. Also, features should be added for training and modifications of model.

We are using it to build chatbots and intent detectors that classifies the intent of the given query. It's quite useful and must have tool for NLP people's like us.

Everything. It is overly complicated and costs way too much

What do you like best about the product?
The best was the amount ease by which the process is available. It is very easy to understand and IBM has done an exceptional job in making it a step by step process.
For example if you want to make a simple chatbot for IT service desk, you focus on 3 things; scope, design and integration. The tutorials are available and it is very easy to do. You just use the API and zip zap zoom, it is done.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I think is missed here is the amount of technical jargon. Some developers like me want to go deep and the easy to do tutorial can become a hurdle there. Sometimes the whole process is masked under a simple query which becomes harder to understand.

As the example I gave above, if you create a IT help desk service chatbot, it can be of great help for all the users in the organisation.

Implementation of the data is fairly easy, all it requires is registration and uploading data from a spreadsheet

IBM advertises this as a program that can work for any user, but unless you have experience working with data analytics, it can be difficult to determine where to start.
