Understands customer and provides accurate answers

It has limited areas of use and only available in English language

IBM Watson Assistant is solving many customers problems across any application. I've been using cloud for various purposes to save device space
Easy AI integration for chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how convenient and easy it is to create bots with minimal coding. The interface is also very user-friendly, and each feature has a separate explanation, which makes it easier to grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application may work slowly. The bot has webhooks for commonly used platforms, but webhooks for some applications were missing. I am sure that they will add them in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing workload by providing inbuilt text processing features like filtering and auto-replying. I used the chatbot for my internship. Instead of making chatbots from scratch, I preferred Watson Assistant.

AI powered chatbots- it helps a lot in improving customer satisfaction, the intelligent AI virtual agent. Also, the interface is very comfartable to work with.

Sometimes I have faced lagging issues so that is something that I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
The NLP works well the integration for various platforms is all good. IBM can be use as chat bot, search option, etc. Also with the hybrid cloud features, it enhances the security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in the responses. Unless you have committed package offers, it would e difficult to maintain. Works for a general purpose. But needs to improve alot for a long term use.

IBM Watson can be integrated into the chat feature which makes it easy of use. The data feed I. Regularly makes it easy for the newer queries or concerns in the chat bot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of IBM Watson Assistant is its NLP Algorithm. The platform also provides many useful features like Disambiguation, Autocorrection, Web Hooks and the most important one is User Conversation Analysis

The only thing which can be improved is the Try it panel where we can test the dialog results.

The most common problem considering the IT company is that self help. By having the Chatbot we are reducing the ticket count by providing ghe self help with the help of Chatbot

It's creating confusion among the people for Watson products; not good to release multiple products for the same functionality; better to add features for existing products instead of producing various products
