What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can integrate it without needing great skills, helping with all types of processes and businesses, in addition to the number of tools for data preparation
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to have extensive knowledge in data modeling and statistics, limiting use to more lay users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me expand and accelerate the impact of AI, with data on all sectors of my company. It also helps me with querying, formatting and sharing data, in terms of governance.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm developing a chatbot for my company, the best functionality is the implementation of multilingual chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some specific functions I can mention the difficulty of finding documentation and training to resolve the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimize service to the company's customers, I am developing the chatbot using watsonx so that customers can receive faster service without having to contact them via telephone as there is a long waiting list.

What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM Watson Assistant for its seamless integration with different platforms, advanced natural language understanding, scalability, and flexibility, enabling intuitive interactions and efficient user experiences across channels. It empowers businesses to deliver superior conversational AI experiences, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I don't dislike anything about IBM Watson Assistant.

the possibility of integrations with external API, for example the API of watsonx

the expressions are a bit confusing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
As it is an Adaptable Chatbot, it helps me to provide the more personalized and interactive with the users. That helps me to solve the neccessary queries of the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex and hard to understand for begginers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the IBM watsonx Assistance has ability to leverage NLP and MLto understand and respind to the user queries, this leads to solve the neccessary queries and avoids the unneccessary ones. And alternatively this makes the more interactive chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional Assistant as long as used with Generative AI (LLM)
It is possible to mix the original models with the generative AI models (foundational models)
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very well made. There are few things I don't like.
Maybe the learning method is a bit long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most frequent challenge we encounter are clients who do not want a "chatbot"...they want a virtual assistant that answers in natural and non-robotic language.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about IBM Watsonx Assistant is that the model Trains on more than 10 million Interactions which has given it the capability to replicate near human interaction. This has led to a ROI in nearly 6 Months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price Is still on the steeper side which may lead to convincing a lot of senior management people and get approvals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem it solved is that the number of incoming requests for assisting clients were reduced by 50%. This led to cost savings as well as better productivity.
