It has limited areas of use and only available in English language

IBM Watson Assistant is solving many customers problems across any application. I've been using cloud for various purposes to save device space

J'ai aimé à quel point il est pratique et facile de créer des bots avec un minimum de codage. L'interface est également très conviviale, et chaque fonctionnalité a une explication distincte, ce qui la rend plus facile à comprendre.

Parfois, l'application peut fonctionner lentement. Le bot dispose de webhooks pour les plateformes couramment utilisées, mais les webhooks pour certaines applications manquaient. Je suis sûr qu'ils les ajouteront dans les futures versions.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Réduction de la charge de travail en fournissant des fonctionnalités de traitement de texte intégrées telles que le filtrage et la réponse automatique. J'ai utilisé le chatbot pour mon stage. Au lieu de créer des chatbots à partir de zéro, j'ai préféré Watson Assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
AI powered chatbots- it helps a lot in improving customer satisfaction, the intelligent AI virtual agent. Also, the interface is very comfartable to work with.

Sometimes I have faced lagging issues so that is something that I dislike

The AI powered chatbots help to improve customer satisfaction as it automates the interaction and it helps to cut down costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we get access to most complete portfolio of AI capabilities for business. With many layouts for AI bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a huge application so it takes time to understand all the concepts of the software.

It helped me in making a AI assistance for Home automation solution for one of the in house project.

What do you like best about the product?
The NLP works well the integration for various platforms is all good. IBM can be use as chat bot, search option, etc. Also with the hybrid cloud features, it enhances the security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in the responses. Unless you have committed package offers, it would e difficult to maintain. Works for a general purpose. But needs to improve alot for a long term use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson can be integrated into the chat feature which makes it easy of use. The data feed I. Regularly makes it easy for the newer queries or concerns in the chat bot.

Le problème le plus courant concernant l'entreprise informatique est cette auto-assistance. En ayant le Chatbot, nous réduisons le nombre de tickets en fournissant l'auto-assistance avec l'aide du Chatbot.

Always welcomes IBM's new product on top of Watson. Some features are reasonable compared to Watson explorer content analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
It's creating confusion among the people for Watson products; not good to release multiple products for the same functionality; better to add features for existing products instead of producing various products

The AI Functionality is integrated perfectly with the chat boxes. Which provides an excellent customer experience and scalability
