What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales because I'm able to pull out the extension, and it's quite user-friendly. I don't have to go into the platform to do an individual log in, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the Southeast Asia region, the numbers are not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me with a double verification layer and provides good context for the Australia region.

Effortless Prospecting with ZoomInfo Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to grab contacts, put them in a list, and then just import that list to Salesforce and Outreach, and put them directly in a sequence. That makes it really easy to prospect and make things go faster. I also appreciate the integration features of ZoomInfo Sales that allow me to go through a list of people, filter them down based on location, role level, and department, and then easily select all and import them directly to Salesforce or Outreach through the ZoomInfo plugin. The setup was also very straightforward, as all I needed to do was create an account, sign in, give access to Salesforce and Outreach, and everything was integrated neatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers aren't always accurate. And then sometimes people don't have work emails on there, and that causes problems when trying to send them over to Outreach. Just making sure that there's more emails for everybody because everybody should have a work email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me find accurate contacts, including their numbers and emails, which LinkedIn often lacks. It simplifies categorizing contacts by department and level, and makes importing them into Salesforce and Outreach easy, speeding up the prospecting process.

Streamlines Prospecting with Sales Navigator

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have the extension in Sales Navigator with ZoomInfo Sales because it’s right there as I prospect and helps me immediately push it into my CRM so I can start reaching out to them. The initial setup was quick and easy, like plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data quality issues. It would be nice to have more extensive data. I want more emails and better emails for contacts, as well as more mobile phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for finding relevant contact information and getting data on my prospects, which helps me prospect into contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I get the exact contact details, it has at least email, even if it doesnt have a phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts get missed also sometimes details arent updated

It clearly displays all the intent. If I connect with someone who isn't actively searching, it's worthless of time, but if someone is looking for the intent triggers, the details provided make it worthwhile to spend time on them.

What do you like best about the product?

I think there's always room for improvement in ZoomInfo Sales. It would be better if there was a more efficient way to leave contact attempt details. Also, it takes time to add new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to search and the accuracy of the information provided by ZoomInfo Sales. It's great for building lead lists, and I can search for my ideal customer profile (ICP) and enrich data easily, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales is also very easy.

It is expensive. The intent signals can be better.

What is our primary use case?

Our main use case for ZoomInfo is to identify new prospects, leadership, and find the correct email contacts. It makes it easy to identify new stakeholders and understand the larger organization's structure. ZoomInfo saves me time by quickly filtering to the correct contacts. The robust filtering by account, seniority, and title makes it easy to apply.

A specific example of how I have used ZoomInfo to find the right contact or stakeholder is that it helps us to find the right decision-makers and their email and phone numbers. Then we are able to make the decision going forward.

We also use ZoomInfo to track website visitors and use intent to see if prospects are looking for our services.

What is most valuable?

Some of the best features that ZoomInfo offers are Advanced Search, Web Browser Extension, email contacts, direct dial contacts, and Prospect Tracking.

I find myself using Prospect Tracking the most because we use it to track website visitors and use intent to see if prospects are looking for our services.

Additionally, the contact information and company information help us to locate the location and staff of our visitors and real customers.

ZoomInfo has positively impacted my organization as it has helped us to identify contacts at my company. We have been able to save more money by quickly identifying potential customers. We have been able to have greater productivity and improve our focus on who is searching for and buying our products.

What needs improvement?

I believe ZoomInfo could be improved in terms of the administration usage data reporting.

Additionally, I think that prospecting should be improved.

ZoomInfo is very stable.

I have indeed seen a return on investment, as ZoomInfo has improved our pipeline. It has accelerated access to key stakeholders, and it has overall enhanced our productivity in my current organization.

We have been able to save up to 70% of our money because we do not have to travel from one place to another to search for potential customers. We can use ZoomInfo to search for a client's email and contacts. Through our website, we can see who visits our web and who is interested in our services, then we are able to make data-driven decisions easily.

Accurate buyer insights have saved weekly prospecting time and streamline outreach

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for ZoomInfo is to get the buyer details like the email ID. If I need to sell my software services to, let's say, Samsung, I find out who is the appropriate manager there and, if I get the same, I can put that in ZoomInfo and get the contact details.

What is most valuable?

All of the features that ZoomInfo offers are good. If I get the correct email ID and correct the title of the person, that is very helpful to identify the correct buyer person. I find the information to be mostly accurate, around 99.9%.

ZoomInfo has positively impacted my organization by enabling us to easily get the correct buyer persona and correct buyer details, so it saves us a lot of time. By using ZoomInfo to find buyer personas, I estimate we save around 10 to 20 hours per week.

What needs improvement?

ZoomInfo can be improved with a monthly subscription plan, which will be helpful for a small company or a small business unit where we are just about to start and want to experiment with ZoomInfo.

I have been working for more than 14 years in my current field.

ZoomInfo is stable based on my experience.

For B2B prospecting, nobody else gives you this much enriched firmographic + contact data in one place.

The base price is fairly high for many sales teams you’re looking at serious spending to get value. For smaller teams (like if you’re one or two reps, or working niche markets like raw ingredients) it can feel heavy.
