What I really like about ZoomInfo is how it's plugin fits into the linkedin sales navigator. Its easy to use, has a huge database

I'll get a cellphone number from zoominfo but the number is invalid

I think it would be more helpful if there were a few more ways to assess the strength of a lead.

Culling lots of data about prospects and adding intent signals to enable a much more targeted and effective prospecting process

Great access to accurate contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high and some of the additional features are an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom info for up to date contact information on our prospects. We find accurate emails as well as direct phone numbers and cell phones.
Access to Outside First Party Data
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having access to quality leads outside of our first party data. Contacting people who we may not have known or even who they might not have known may have interest in our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - maybe when considering implementation to CRM platform, assignment roles based on certain criteria.

Extremely accurate and makes my day so much easier. Couldn't recommend it more to sales and cs teams
