Best tool to discover precise and current contact information for potential business leads

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS grants users access to an extensive company database, aiding sales teams in directing their endeavors towards leads of utmost importance and enhancing their conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of information and I see there are many wrong info which is yet to update in zoominfo salesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS grants users access to an extensive repository housing comprehensive company and contact data, enabling us to efficiently pinpoint and engage with suitable prospects. It encompasses state-of-the-art lead generation functionalities, empowering us to excel in identifying promising opportunities. Moreover, SalesOS furnishes a suite of tools dedicated to optimizing sales operations and streamlining workflow procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be a valuable asset in my role as an SDR. Its feature set and user-friendly interface have significantly improved my productivity and effectiveness. The extensive contact database has helped me identify potential prospects more efficiently, while the intent data helped me reach out to the right companies that are on the lookout for the software I am selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where ZoomInfo could improve is in their customer support. While they offer support channels such as email and phone, the response times can sometimes be delayed, leading to a longer resolution process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS is a game-changer for SDRs, as it tackles the challenges of prospecting head-on. By offering accurate and up-to-date contact information, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to find leads. The platform's extensive database and user-friendly interface make it a breeze to identify and connect with target prospects, resulting in improved efficiency and heightened productivity.

I love intent! I also like that I can search and find full contact details if you have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
some times I see older contact info and do my best to update to remove these

An Accurate & Detailed Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most beneficial aspect of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its easy integration with HubSpot and other CRMs. This feature allows me to easily synchronize data between platforms, making it incredibly convenient to have all relevant contact information in one place. Additionally, its powerful search tools allow me to easily find up-to-date company information at any level within a company, while also being able to narrow down long lists using specific key criteria - a huge time saver when I need quick information on specific companies or professionals that might otherwise be difficult to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find ZoomInfo's SalesOS less than ideal because the contact information it provides is often out of date, which can leave me searching for additional sources when a company changes. This lack of up-to-date contact information makes researching different departments more difficult and time-consuming, as I have to consult separate websites or other resources just to find out who currently holds each position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of outdated or inaccurate relationships between people within my organization. This means I can easily access up-to-date information, which saves me time and effort in trying to keep up with key players in the workplace.

THe employee counts are inaccurate but besides that, it is a great tool to use.

Generating new contacts to call and prospecting.

Incredible lead functionality. Amazing leads.

It's hard to learn. i need to keep scheduling training sessions.

sort through qualified leads at a rate that I like.

Good program for leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoominfo because is a good program to identity new leads and you can get their contsct information such as their email or phone number and filter the results by industry
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoominfo is that sometimes the contact is not accurate or when you are filtering by industry sometimes you get results that you don't want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoominfo for lead intelligence and also to capture new leads on my business. It provides 80% of the time very accurate information and it's useful for my company

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and produce a list of targeted contacts with very little time and effort, accelerating the prospecting process greatly. Integrations with the Engage platform and increasing features for outreach directly in SalesOS provides a compelling product for go-to-market sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filters can be a little finicky at times. Cost is always going to be a factor with these tools so it's something that has to be considered when evaluating this tool or any others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has primarily given us access to high quality contact information in a much quicker fashion than we were able to integrate into our sales process prior to purchasing Zoominfo.

ZoomInfo SalesOS has truly won me over as a dedicated enthusiast, primarily due to its exceptional organisational features and remarkable contact identification capabilities. The curated information and data provided by the platform surpass that of its competitors, solidifying it as the leading choice for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to acknowledge that data, at times, may not be 100% accurate. Therefore, ensuring that your website administrator comprehends all the available features becomes crucial. Failure to do so might hinder you from extracting the maximum potential and benefits from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation is one of the primary challenges for me in identifying and generating high-quality leads. ZoomInfo's extensive database and advanced search capabilities allow users to efficiently find and target potential prospects based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, job title, and more. This helps me save time and resources by focusing on leads more likely to convert.

Good number of filters and integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to enrich my data within Salesforce and HubSpot. Quick export options and multiple improvements in the last couple of years from their acquistions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing negotiations can be obnoxious and limited ability to regulate users use of monthly credits. The 1000 credits each month per users is a great way to sell the platform, but I've never been with a company where these users come remotely close to using them while Ops or an Integration user burns through the bulk credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have recently added NeverBounce and RingLead which are great additional options, but in our experience it can be costly adding all the pieces and support is pretty weak with Zoominfo.
